"1st: I have had high cholesterol for years.On and off statins, diets, food regimens. The main reason why I wanted to try this product was because of the plant sterols. Before I tried these bars, my total cholstrl was 231, with statins, was 170. Again no statins was 238, with statins a few years later, down to 179 with exercise, after 3 months of statin use and no exercise, shot up to 232. So last try, with statins, no exercise, and 2 corazonas bars a day, after 3 months total was 149.UNBELIEVABLE !!! After years of trial and error, I am proof that these bars work with routine regimen. My goal is to continue corazonas bars with NO statins , and exercise and lose weight,soon. Flavor is great, Density is heavy. Bluberry is moist,Banana is dry and thick, Cranberry is dry and thick. Taste great. You need liquid to chase each bite. haha. Enjoy"

"I have been buying these bars for about 6 months. The cranberry are one of my favorites. I was so happy to find them at Costco.com as they are far less expensive than buying them at other stores. I take one of these to work every day as a mid morning snack and it really feels me up & keeps me satisfied. They are also good if you zap them in the microwave for about 10 seconds- makes them almost like a cookie!"

"These are presumably filled with ingredients to help lower your cholesterol over time, if you eat two a day. I don't generally eat that many, although this purchase of 72 bars (there aren't really square!) would allow me to. These are sort of dry and dense, and they do fill me enough to keep me from snacking on perhaps less healthy foods. I would recommend them for that reason. If you are used to overly sweet snacks, you will find this flavor is not. For me, that was a plus."
