Terrible Product and Horrible Customer Service
Pros: costco took this horrible product back no problem
Cons: very rude customer service rep, no win 8 drivers
"Warning - I bought this product in early January. WIN8 drivers were not available as of Mid Feb. I called Brother several times and spoke to the same rude condescending customer service rep every time. Without the WIN 8 drivers, you basically can do nothing more than print if you are running WIN 8. I enjoyed returning the product as the note at the top of the box said, "it's costs money when you return a product to Brother - don't do it." Since the customer service rep was so rude, I couldn't have been happier to return it."

The unit has most of what I want
Pros: descent foot print. design good. great power saver
Cons: slow with the first print out
Model Number: MFC-9560CDW Color AIO
"The unit has most of what I want in a color AIO Laser printer. Relatively easy to set up and run in about an hour out of the box. The price was extremely right. In a small home network of 2-3 computers its a few seconds slower for the first print out. It seems rock solid."

Puts HP to shame
Pros: very quiet performs all functions superbly
Cons: none so far
Model Number: MFC9560CDW
"Unlike the comparable HP, this is a smooth running, quiet printer. Booklet comes with it that totally explains operation;if you call Brother, techs are knowlegeable and customers are not put on hold for very long waits-quite the opposite of HP(one of the most miserable printers I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing)"

Check this out
Pros: easy to read panel few jams good printing
Cons: see review - duplex poor small paper drawer
"This machine feeds paper well and hardly ever jams. I have had no problems printing labels and envelopes from the MF tray. Overall this machine is not bad, but there are features you might want to check out (I have the model previous to this one). 1. The paper tray does not hold a full ream. 2. Paper is loaded face down, top at the front. (We had to reverse all our checks) 3. For portrait duplex, it prints the second side first and then the first side - this means paper must be loaded differently for letterhead or special paper than for single sheets. 4. For landscape duplex, it will only print as if the paper were clipped to a clipboard, not book style. 5. The cartridges do not last as long as stated. 6. We have had occasional ripping of the paper during printing. 7. The extra paper drawer adds 5" to the already tall machine."

Brother makes good color laser MFC printers
Pros: faster warm up on the first copy that the 9420.
Cons: none so far
Model Number: MFC 9560CDW
"This machine replaces a Brother MFC 9420 which was about 8 years old. That machine had made well over 50,000 copies without replacing anything but the toner cartridges. It needed a new OPC belt. When new, it made perfect copies and pictures. This 9560 does an even better job. I liked that it included a new version of Paperport. It does an excellent copy of scanning and converting to text."

So far, I like it a lot
Pros: lots of features and they all seem to work well.
Cons: customer service needs definite improvement, manuals a bit cryptic-info could be more detailed
Model Number: MFC 9560CDW
"This machine has many desirable features and, so far, everything I have tried has worked well. Wireless setup was a bit of a challenge since the printer was not accepting my security code, even though it was correct. Called Brother customer service and they were able to use another method to get the machine connected to my network. I like having the ability to print from my android phone, very convenient. I had read many reviews about paper curling and almost didn't buy this machine because of it and I'm glad I took the chance. It does curl a little, like most lasers, but it is not excessive.
Overall, the thing works great and I got it at an excellent price. I've only had a short while but, so far, I feel like I got a great deal. I haven't had to deal with the toner issue yet, but after reading many reviews, I feel like I'll be able to deal with it."

Model Number: 9560CDW
"I have had this printer for a while now and nothing works right. It Jams 80% percent of the time and the duplex is a joke!!! I have had other BROTHER products in the past with great satisfaction. But this BROTHER MODEL has to be put out to pasture....."

Pros: easy setup, great color!
Model Number: Brother MFC-9560CDW
"GREAT PRINTER!! We use the printer for our business and use it a lot. I have always bought HP's, but their quality has really dropped during recent years. This printer is by far the best we've ever had!"

Works like a champ
Pros: scanner, low power
Cons: bulky
Model Number: 9560CDW
"This is a great printer that sets up quickly and works well. I am reviewing this while buying replacement toner so I have some pages on the unit.
Low power consumption. Noise level is OK while in use and then goes silent. It seems to be very energy efficient."

Not a Happy Camper
Model Number: Brother MFC-9560CDW
"If you like your copied or printed docs curled on each end, this is the printer for you. When Brother calling support on this issue, they indicated there is a certain % of curling to take place and remain in their specs. We returned it the same day we talked with Brother, two days after purchase. BTW, other than the curling, it was great."

So far so good
Pros: fast, sharp
Cons: ink toner cost
Model Number: MFC-9560CDW
"This printer was referred to me by my tech guy. So far I really like it, but the toner cartridges seem to be on the high side and I am not sure Costco carries what I need."

Forget those Ink Jets
Model Number: MFC-9560CDW
"Awesome unit!!! Saved my wife and I a ton of headaches from our other inkjet printers. Unit has been going strong for 3wks now and has not had 1 issue. She's a real estate agent and has to scan and print a ton of files to her clients. This printer has not had any connection issues or any issues for that matter. Scans very fast and in one pass when duplexing. The front bypass tray is great for labels. Unit will only print using the bypass tray if it detects something, so no accidental printing. Warm up time is not an issue and gets started in only a few seconds. I do have to say it is large, however, the actual footprint is very fair. Unit is not too wide or long. The only thing i'm scared of is opening my wallet to buy toner. However, at the rate of clogged heads, jammed paper, slow scanning, and connection issues we had with our inkjets, i do not mind at all."

Good but not liking toner requirements
Pros: good crisp copies, great file handling, ease of faxing, will arbitrarily stop functions when toner is low
Model Number: MFC-9560CDW
"I purchased this all-in-one about 18 months ago and appreciate many things about it. It has been extremely convenient in the scanning to file feature, especially since I have often had such huge files to scan, being a realtor. I also appreciate the fax mode, especially since banks will occasionally ask that files be faxed with a hard fax rather than an efax, which is what I normally use. I do have one problem with it, however- I tried to scan an old black and white photo and have it sent to my laptop a couple nights ago, and it would not do that because it was low on cyan toner. Not only did that seem like a silly roadblock, since toner is not used for scanning, but later it did allow me to print a black and white document. I purchased the cyan, magenta and yellow toner cartridges yesterday, and spent over $200. It was the second time I've done that, and have replaced the black two times. I think manufacturers set up these silly functions of making the printers suddenly stop working until you replace the expensive toner cartridges at times when there is still toner, and even when you don't need the toner, to increase toner sales."

Great printer!
Pros: easy setup, great software supplied for printer management, excellent scanning and doc management application, aftermarket cartridges are easily available
Cons: original replacement cartridges pricey
Model Number: 9560CDW
"Easy setup through the network. Flawless operation from multiple clients on the home network. Great network scanning using the scanning software supplied. Original replacement cartridges very pricy (only reason for 4 star instead of 5), however, easy to purchase aftermarket cartridges at a fraction of the cost."

Solid Machine
Pros: easy to set up. easy to use.
Model Number: MFC-9560cdw
"Easy to set up. Set up wireless on both a mac and a PC in less than an hour. Duplex printing and copying is very nice. Color prints are solid if not great. A little noisier than the average machine, but nothing too bad. Intuitive. I have not used the manual yet. I've just looked at the machine and figured it out. I've seen the complaints about the envelopes curling, and they do slightly, but not enough to cause a problem. I've had it a week and so far I'm very happy."

Great MF color Printer
Pros: friendly with all kinds of oss
Cons: heavy and needs space
Model Number: MFC-9560CDW
"Great MF color Printer. I am using this printer with Windows XP, Windows 7 (64bit), Mac OS 10.7, iPhone, iPad. Works perfect with all OS no matter wireless or wired network. Especially, Scan through wireless or wired network feature is quiet amazing because most of other brand support this feature only for Windows OS. Even same price range Canon MF printer doesn't support network scan for Mac OS. This is huge advantage for MAC OS and iOS users. Replace toner price is acceptable comparing other major brands. Set up was so easy. Working perfect. I am happy about this product. Thank you Brother. Also thank Costco for such a great deal. Save nearly $200 comparing from other retail stores."
