wireless card error
"Very nice computer at first, but wireless connection failed just into 2nd week of purchase. A small black loose screw came out of computer?? not sure it was extra one during installation or just fell off from somewhere. I had to return it today and got full refund. Return process was very smooth."

"The computer is good...does what we want it to. Well worth the money. I got it for an 80 year old who doesn't really know much about operating a computer. This one is simple, really serves the purpose and doesn't take up much space. We love the fact that it has a built in webcam for skyping grandchildren."

Software errors - buggy and too much hassle

"The most important HP program that came on this computer called the "HP Support Assistant" would not even upgrade correctly....so what do you think the rest of the software functionality will be like?
That's as far as I got on setting up this turkey. Technical Support has not been good - I did try."

Simple | Quick and Easy
Pros: clean only one power cord, great display, setup and working in 30 minutes
Cons: only has 2gb or ram
"My in-laws needed a new computer for Internet and email. Purchased this computer for x-mas. It arrived in about 6 days. It was easy to setup and was un-boxed and working in less than 30 minutes."
