Love the color!
Pros: cream color fabric tie attached to secure, umbrella. no wood to rot!, no crack to break
Cons: umbrella is too tall. during wind it puts more, pressure on the pole for breakage.
"This 11 foot umbrella is great. I need to cut off a little bit of the pole. It's so TALL. I'm 5'8 and can hardly reach the pull pin. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the umbrella and it's structure."

Dissapointed
Pros: looks if standing straight.
Cons: difficult to tilt shade for coverage. downgraded, quality at same cost from last year.
"Replaced the same umbrella purchased last year. Sold our home and new home owner wanted it in closing our home sale. Recently bought two new ones. Quality scaled way down. Very difficult to move as the pole is not as thick and difficult to stand straight. Also, turning the shade to alter the angle of tilt for shade is very problematic. Would not purchase again."

Good for the price
Pros: good deal for the price
"For the price this umbrella is a good buy. You can not find that many 11 foot umbrelllas available. This one has a metal pole which solves my problems of the wood poles rotting off in in umbrella pipe over my pond."

Disappointed in new umbrella
"I purchased an outdoor umbrella about 11 years ago and have not had to even think about purchasing a new one until this year. It was very sturdy with a wooden pole and very heavy canvas top. This year I ordered the 11' market umbrella and was a little disappointed. The material is not as heavy-duty and the pole is made of metal and plastic instead of wood. I am sure this umbrella won't last 11 years!"

Very flimsy
Cons: to flimsy
"Bought this umbrella about 4 month ago as a replacement for a similar umbrella that we had for about 5 year, also from Costco. Had to alter bottom of pole as it was to big for stand, which I found a little strange, since most of these bases are the same diameter. Worked perfectly for about 3 months and it was coming a big storm so we collapsed umbrella and covered it with an umbrella cover. About a week later I took the cover off and proceeded to pull the line to set the umbrella up again. When the umbrella came to the joint near the top it stopped and would not go up any more. After further inspection the pole above the joint was leaning over enought to stop the umbrella upward progress. I pulled the top of the pole to straighten it enough to let the umbrella pop on up to full extension, but now the umbrella is leaning over a bit to one side and is not standing straight up. Just glad I purchased it at Costco, where they don't hassle you over returns."

Suitable in Perfect Weather (no wind)
Pros: looks nice
Cons: very lightweight, not sturdy
"We liked this umbrella at first in that it did its job of providing shade. We made the mistake of keeping it open and not closing it the last time we used it and we paid for it. It tipped over and the umbrella broke. Yep. Totally useless now. Just to give an idea as to how light it is my 7 year old son could pick it up when it had fallen over and broke. If the base was heavier, obviously, this would not have been a problem."
