OUTSTANDING!

"As a coffee drinker--and I mean real coffee drinker--I absolutely luv this roast! I Do perfer a more acidic coffee: whcih is easily controlled by using the Navy coffee method:
ADD a heavy pinch of ordinary table salt to the grounds, remove the oil by using dried
eggshells, and Slurp this amazing elixer
throughout the day!

Disappointing

Pros: price
"I've been buying the 3lb bag of Kirkland Sumatra in my local Costco. I was happy with it and only tried the Camano Island after Costco stopped carrying the Kirkland Sumatra.
Af first, I disliked the Camano Island Sumatra, but I've discovered that if I use only about 75% of the beans for a cup of coffee as I would use for other Sumatras, it's actually OK. That's a plus, because it means I'll use a lot less coffee.
The Camano Island Sumatra I received is in a bag with a different label - with a picture of a smiling child - than what's pictured currently on its costco.com page. Other websites show several different labels for Camano Island Sumatras. I don't know whether there's a difference in the beans themselves, but it might account for why I am less impressed with the coffee than the previous two reviewers
If Costco hadn't deleted Kirkland Sumatra from its inventory, I'd return the Camano Island Sumatra and buy the Kirkland, but by drinking the Camano Island Sumatra weaker than I would other Sumatras, the taste is acceptable
This is a LOT of coffee, so to keep it fresh I've put most of it in the freezer in six freezer bags that I'll take out as I need them."

really good!

"we've been looking for a good tasting Sumatra to purchase online and this one is great: dark, oily beans, subtle dark-chocolate (i think) flavor. i'd be willing to pay more for this brand!"

It's a very good low acidic coffee

Pros: low-acidic
"I would prefer a dark roast oily espresso bean, but my body won't tolerate it anymore. After trying many brands and types of coffees to satisfy both my ideal dark roast strong flavor taste with having to go low acidic, I would say this coffee satisfies much of that criterion... I would recommend for anyone who has similar issues."
