Dont buy if you want a headache

Pros: great looking when it's put together, product matches the picture

Cons: assembly takes too long, customer service is not available after 5, directions are standard and do not match the bed

"The bed was shipped in two seperate packages and they came days apart. When we started assembling the bed, the instructions are not numbered and do not tell youwhat size bolt, screw goes where. We bought the bed because a friend recommended this bed. It took us 4 hours to assemble because the instructions are for the birds and the customer service dept closes at 5pm and the rails do not line up with the screws. I will have to call customer service tomorrow morning on their schedule and have replacement rails mailed out to me."

Very elegant bed

Pros: terrific value

"Took a while to construct but the instructions were very logical and easy to interpret. Went together easily. The end result is a really elegant, well designed bed suited to compliment both traditional or contemporary furniture. It would stack up very well against other well known retailers with a similar but more expensive product. It is perfect in a beach house setting which is what I was looking for and the color of the linen is very neutral, better in reall life than the swatch showing on the website. The color is more accurate on the bed picture."
