great for most people
"Nice design that will work for most people. Not for quadriplegis however as it lacks fully adjustable arm and legrests and backrest wont recline."

Cons: soft seat and soft back support
"I purchased this shower chair for my elderly 97 yr old mother. The chair arrived assembled, I just had to attach the soft seat, soft back support and the sliding footrest all by hand (very easy). The chair is of high quality built material, the only thing I did not care for is the soft seat material as it did not really provide enough protection or cushioning for my elderly mother and when she sat in it, she did not care for the opening in the seat and complained that it caused uncomfortable pressure for her when she sat down on it. Costco was excellent about accepting the return of this chair at the local store."
