Very happy customer
"We bought the Madison seating seat last fall (Sept. 2011) for a newly built screened porch. We were a little wary of buying something this expensive sight unseen, but we shopped around and didn't find anything locally that we liked. We took the risk and were not disappointed! The furniture arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. It is very comfortable and seems to be well made. I can't vouch for longevity, since we've only had it 8 months or so, but it seems like it will last us a long time. Fabric is sunbrella."

Fabulous Furniture
Pros: craftsmanship, comfortable
Cons: arrived damaged
"Product: The furniture is second to none. The manufacturer who I am well versed with makes the welds look flawless. They are all hand sanded and the powder coating is fabulous. It has an Old World antique mahogany look that is really cool. The furniture is very study and is very heavy. The action chairs have just the perfect amount of movement .
Delivery: The freight company was fast, courteous and although they gave me a three hour window to deliver they called just 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive so I wasn't sitting waiting for them and missing work which I greatly appreciated!
Price: It's a pricy set but once you plop down on the couch you could care less. I did a lot of price shopping and you are definitely not going to find this set for a better deal elsewhere. Gotta love Costco!!
Only problem was one action chair and the coffee table came damaged. The coffee table had a blemish and the action chair had a problem with one of the arms. Not from poor packaging but from an obvious imperfection before the powder coating. Costco customer service resolved the problem ASAP and a new chair and coffee table are in transit as I type :)"

Nice Set
Pros: sunbrella fabric great cushions, sturdy body
Cons: delivery was slow, motion chairs have very little motion, no choice in color

"This is a very nice set. Motion chairs are tight with little motion. If you are planning on these instead of rockers, get the rockers. Cushions are very good quality as is fabric. I shopped several sets and this is the best one for the money. Very nice finish too. Slow delivery."

Beautiful outdoor living!

"We are extremely pleased with the purchase. While it seemed expensive, the furniture is sturdy, comfortable and attractive. The ability to move this around easily is important to us as our get-togethers vary in size. The delivery was wonderful ... earlier than anticipated and delivered at a time convenient for me. The driver was very considerate of our driveway pavers and ended up hand-carting the boxes quite a ways up to the house where he dismantled the boxes and took them away. He was very sweet and refused a tip, in fact! The tables were the only thing that required assembly. But don't buy it, we want to be the only ones with this beautiful set!"
