"This printer was easy to install and it works beautifully. The quality of the copies are clear and sharp. I haven't used all the functions yet (like faxing), but I doubt if I will have a problem. I would recommend this product to all."

Canon Tech support is the WORST
Pros: inexpensive, compact, nice appearance
Cons: horrible and rude tech support, print quality mediocre, software glitches

"I took the computer from a USB connection to a Wired LAN and after that the setting kept reverting to USB setting when scanning on the desktop shortcut...Additionally, the fax feature has had some issues that are still not resolved. Having said that, it prints well and hopefully the glitches will be worked out. HOWEVER, the tech support with Canon is the worst I have ever experienced. I had to call them on three occasions and they were condescending and rude, and unable to solve the problem. Acted like they were doing me a "favor". The feature on the desk top (bubbles) had to be dismantled and accessed a different way--got tired of dealing with them. Will think twice before buying a Canon product in the future...and the jury is out as to whether I will return it since some of the issues are not resolved."

Easiest setup ever
Pros: better price than other stores, ink cost is low, high quality, just the speed i needed
Cons: none i can think of

"I was a bit worried about setting this up, but I found it easy. It quickly found my router, and connected the first time. Then I scanned and printed using 2 different computers; 1 desktop and 1 netbook. I'm not a noob, but not a pro. So this was exactly what I needed. This does everything I want, and it does it seamlessly.
Just make sure it is on when you try to connect your computer to it. (Sounds like a no brainer, but it baffled me for a minute.)"
