Mrs. Fields cookies
"I had ordered these cookies for my mother who lives 4 hours from us and we weren't going to see her on Mothers Day, but I wanted her to have and enjoy something from us anyway. After she got them and ate a few, she called and thanked me for them, but asked me not to order anymore of the cookies as they were dry, without flavor and she didn't think she would eat the rest. I was devastated, as we had always had good luck with other Mrs. Fields products that we had sent her. It ruined my Mothers Day knowing I had sent my mom something she couldn't even enjoy."

Cookies for the Kids
Pros: kids love'em
"Sent Mrs. Fields Ciikies Bright and Budding Bites Tin to my grandchildren in California. They went crazy! Send them things all the time but never a reaction like this. They wanted to order more on their own."
