It's work, but you......
Pros: no cables
Cons: slow to connect to hdtv

"It's works, but you have to be patient. I updated the firmware, it did does not connect quickly with HDTV it takes a while. You got to play with it. I takes about 5-10 minutes to see on HDTV."

Once setup it works great
Pros: no cables, fast setup (unless you have a firewall issue)
Cons: 1 laptop per adapter per display

"This device is not a "one size fits all", so read carefully which machines/chips will work with it. For starters it must be an Intel chip.
The setup was swift until we were halted by a "could not connect" problem which took a while to understand. Turns out we needed to turn off our AVG firewall. So, it took a little longer (probably an hour) while we tracked down the cause of that problem, along the way we upgraded the WiDi software from Intel. Finally after searching high and low for helpful hints, we eventually found the tip that led us to disable the firewall.
That said, using my I7 chip laptop, once we disabled our AVG firewall -- everything worked fine. Very nice.
(Re the firewall: We use a router and are comfortable with its inherent firewall capabilites).
Great HD picture and sound, we have a 1080p display. All the defaults worked for us."

Easy setup - works great - effective solution
Pros: easy setup, easy to use, great vidio rendering

Great for Not so savvy folks
Pros: easy set up and use
Cons: unable to stream dvd/blu-ray. still trying to find

"Bought with Dell XPS computer with I7 processer. Every thing worked as advertised. Set up was very easy, even for someone like me who is not of the computer generation. Haven't tried skype yet with it."
