Not Satisfied
Pros: classy looking, dimentions are a perfect fit for any room, color of leather is beautiful

"As others have posted before me, I was apprehensive on making an online purchase of furniture. Especially a leather set that would be used in an active family room. After waiting 5 weeks for delivery our set was delivered and it looked great. The size was perfect for our room. And then we sat on it. The cushions had no give at all. It was the most uncomfortable sofa, loveseat and chair that we have ever sat on. We really did try to like it, thinking that it would get more plush as we used it. But that wasn't going to happen so we decided to send it back. It was a lot of money to spend on something that we would not be completely happy with. Costco customer service was great which it always has been. After contacting them to make the return it took a very short time to have the furniture picked up. In the future we will be choosing furniture in person to make sure it's a good fit!"

"Love the palazzo set. Was nervous having not seen it prior to purchase, but it is great quality and firm but super comfortable. It is also not as large as I anticipated which makes it perfect for our family room. We would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a beautiful set. Thanks, Costco, you've done it again."

Great leather
"We bought set all most 5 months now. The one thing to stand out is the leather. Wow . Soft, rich,great color( just as advertised). I only gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons:
The stitching in some areas is not straight at all. As a matter a fact it looks like it was done by someone in training. And second is the size. I know they give you the measurements but it just looks small and seating is not deep as they say.
Overall happy with the set, it looks and feels great. Just don't look to close, you might see the curved stitching ."

"I recently got this set and am returning it. Here are my reasons for returning it:
1) Cushion is very firm both on the back rest and the seating area. If you try to lean back, you tend to slide forward and you end up in a very awkward position
2) The inside dimensions are kind of small for the loveseat and the sofa.
3) The leather is not as smooth as I expected.

Very Happy!
"Like many others, I was apprehensive to make such a big purchase sight unseen, but we're so happy we did. This set is great! It is high quality, looks great, and is a great value. We looked at multiple furniture stores and online and couldn't find anything remotely as nice for the price. Its very comfortable even if a little firm. Not something I'd put in a media/lounge room (not that it has the look for that), but it looks great and is perfect in our living room. We're thinking it'll break in over time, but it is not too firm by any means. In addition to being a great set overall, the service was wonderful. It was delivered within 10 days of ordering it and thats because the delivery company had to wait on us because we were out of town. The delivery folks were very professional and helpful. The only issue we had was the loveseat was delivered without the legs. The delivery personnel suggested we call Costco customer service and I did. They were so helpful. They were extremely apologetic and promptly contacted Abbyson to ship us the legs. I got several emails and a followup phone call to make sure we knew they had UPS'd the legs to us and several days later they arrived. Costco, Abbyson, and this sofa set are great!"

Amazing Buy!

"This is my first review on Costco.com and I must say how impressed I am with the Palazzo set. This set is so classy and lovely that I would never have thought I would be able to find a furniture set (with quality leather) like this on Costco.com. Generally a set like this is double the price at other retail stores. The leather is smooth and the cushion is comfortable. The color matches with any type of living room design. I am very happy and excited to see what else I can buy from Costco!"

Nice Looking but.....
Pros: looks nice
Cons: back is shakey
"Had for a few weeks, but they arrived with scratches and blemishes on all pieces. Also, had silver writing on the side of the sofa. Abbyson sent leather wipes to get it off. I decided to live with the minor scratches, but Abbyson sent a leather repair person out to fix the bigger ones. Another problem was that the back of all the pieces did not fit securely. They come in two pieces and needed to be put together. I can grab the back part and literally shake it back and forth. Working with them now to see if this can be resolved. If not, they are going back. Kind of a pain to have to do all of this. When you buy something "new", you expect it to be new."

It's nice

Cons: not very comfortable, very firm, more of a plastic feel than leather.

Beautiful Furniture
"Beautiful color and design. Major drawback is the furniture's odor is very strong. After 3 days, smell is still strong. The furniture has great lines and fairly comfortable, but there is no support for head."

High End Furniture, Great Quailty Leather

"This furniture set is very high end and the quality of the leather is soft and smooth. This is not a sit a sink in type furniture, more towards entertainment type feel. the seating is very comfortable but like the other reviews said more formal. Very elegant though and the ottoman is a nice plus. I saw a very similar set at a retail store for $600 dollars more money. Costco is the best and we are happy with this purchase!"

Wanted To Love It
Pros: very beautiful, leather is nice
Cons: cushions are not deep enough, cushions are very firm
"We just received the Palazzo set and it's going back. It is beautiful and we wanted to love it but it is so uncomfortable. The cushions are very firm and the seats cushions need to be deeper. We are a tall family and will look for cushions that are much deeper than the Palazzo.
One of the pieces had a defect and we called customer service immediately and they were very helpful. They were going to send a replacement piece but we decided to send it back.
I wasn't going to write a review since we are not keeping the set but I find the reviews helpful when trying to make a decision to buy.
I only wish Abbyson Living would make some design changes to this set because it really is beautiful."

Excellent set for a formal living room
Pros: stylish and classy, nice texture and color
Cons: maybe too firm for some people, maybe not deep enough for some people
"We bought this set for the style and color. Frankly speaking, we feel the sofas are a bit too firm when compared with many other sets that we have tried in local show rooms. However, this is fine for its use as a formal living room set. I would not recommend this set for family room. There are many more comfortable reclining sofa sets available.
We also love the smooth handling at costco.com after placing the online order. The shipper very professionally and promptly informed us the detailed shipping information and contacted us several times to schedule the delivery. We got the set amazingly fast, in only three days. While the fast processing time may be due to the close proximity of the manufacturer's warehouse. Nevertheless, the shipping company is excellent, and the delivery drivers did a great job of handling and assembling the set. Highly recommended!"

Very good furniture

"We are very happy with this set. We researched and looked for over a year for a good leather living room set that was at an affordable price.
The set is beautiful and comfortable. Cushions are very supportive, not hard but not squishy. Chair and ottoman are over sized and perfect for my husband and sons all over 6ft. tall. Leather is beautiful shade of chocolate brown, very much like the pictures. Nail accents are nice touch.
Costco delivery was excellent-the men were on time, efficient, careful and professional.
We are very happy overall with this purchase. Highly recommend."

Great Living Room Purchase!

"My family and i purchased the Palazzo for another room within our house. This was our second purchase from Costco and we are extremely pleased. The quality of this furniture is on the high end side. The cushions are comfortable and nice to relax on. The leather is a spotted type and so soft and luxurious. The ottoman is a great plus and I wish Costco can offer a coffee table to match this set. I also saw a another furntiure set very close to this one at double the price. Dont hesitate if you are looking for high end at a great price! The delivery process was great expect for some issues with scheduling. Make sure to block out atleast 4 hours when they call you for the appointment. They also installed and took away the boxes which was nice.
We will be back to shop from Costco again! Thank you!"

Best Purchase !!!
"I love my new living room set! I had seen something similar at a designer store but I was overwhelmed by the price. I started looking around and a friend of mine referred me to costco.com. I must say that the online furniture purchase was a different experience but I must admit that I am 100% happy with this purchase. The soft and natural leather is beautiful and the design and detailed work in an absolute high-end! When I received delivery, I was amazed as to what I got for the price I had paid!"

"We have been through ups and downs with furniture ordering. At one point we almost gave up. I ordered a set from another manufacturer and it cost me 4500, once the set was delivered the real problems began. The leather was squeaking and hard.
However, we ordered this set on january 1st and gave Costco a chance.
We got the set on the 21st and I am ecstatic so far as the quality of the leather seems very durable and soft. I love the nail head trim and the overal feel.
It was definitely worth the money.
I should also mention that my husband told me that the sides or back of the furniture were not the same quality as the front seating areas. I called costco and was told the seating areas are covered with premium leather and sides and backs are leather matches. The quality of the seating surface leather is just superb."

"The furniture arrived with scratches and scuffs. I decided to live with that but the large couch was clearly broken. The back of it would move constantly. The whole couch was replaced and now have had for about a couple of months. Now the couches look like they are about to crack. Would be only a one star but I like the design of it. Probably would be good if you never sat on them."

"We have been looking for high end furniture at affordable pricing for over 14 months. We came across this set on Costco.com. The delivery was great and they did the set up. Once we had a chance to see it and use it we were very happy. The design and quality is what you will find at like a designer furniture store. The leather is soft and the seats are perfect. Not to firm and not to soft. The curves and texture of the leather is very high end. The price was the lowest we found anywhere. The ottoman is a great addition. We saw a similiar one for double the price but Costco proves once again that its a great source! Great buy!"
