WOW!!! Unbelievable quality, value & service

"I've always been a little hesitant to purchase furniture online. Will it be like the photos? Good quality? If I don't like it, how do returns work? Costco has made me a believer!!! Saw this online and was a bit skeptical that the quality would be good given the very low price. Ordered knowing that I could return to the local Costco if we didn't like it. Purchased this for my teenage son's bedroom on Monday in late afternoon. Arrival on Thursday morning was so speedy, the headboard came before the "your package has shipped" email!!! Opening the box was an even better surprise. The quality of this headboard is excellent & looks even better than the pictures. Assembly took 5 minutes and the hardware design was a perfect match for our existing bedframe (this is not always the case). My son was thrilled as he was ready to shed the bunk beds and step up to something more sophisticated. We're coming back for another to place in the guest room!"
