"No argument with the other reviews, this thing is HEAVY! The shipment comes on a pallet in three boxes. You can open the boxes and take the pieces in seperately. The sealed boxes are about 190 lbs, 170 lbs, and 150 lbs. Assembly was incredibly simple. The front panel is a bit tricky if you don't have things lined up but we took our time and had no issues. Heats quickly, MP3 speakers are quality, controls are easy to manuever through. No venting required but one word of warning that the description doesn't tell you. You need a dedicated 20 amp outlet to plug this into. This is different than your standard 15 amp dual plug and you have to have a 20 amp breaker installed if you don't already have one. We had to have an electrician install one prior to receiving the unit. They don't tell you that until they call to give you order confirmation but it shouldn't be a deal breaker."

We are REALLY pleased!

"We received our order in 10 days after the purchase and living in rural Iowa consider that relatively fast. The freight line brought the unit in a huge 18 wheeler and the fella driving it used a portable motorized lift to take the packaged sauna off the truck and into the garage. My wife and I unboxed and assembled the sauna in roughly 3.5 hours. It took quite some time to unbox each wall, the base, the roof and multiple other parts and haul them individually up some stairs and finally into our master bedroom closet. (The closet in our master is huge and this is a the perfect use for it.) The unit assembled well and we were prepared to mainly use the instructions as a guide from other people’s comments. Our most difficult part was putting the front door section into place after clipping the right and left sides to the rear section. The front section needs to be lifted on one side and the metal rods made to align with notches in the other piece and dropped down to lock -- repeat for the other side. We could not handle this heavy piece well as there was not enough room in our closet and the right sauna wall was against the closet wall making it difficult to get everything aligned and to do the necessary lifting. We struggled for nearly 40 minutes and did some minor damage to the finish at the base before finally using a tool to jack up the corner to get it lifted and then dropped into place. A bit of furniture touchup on the scratched base and all is beautiful.
The unit works great with adjustable mini-lights outside and the reading lamp inside. It looks great, as well. Very nice quality and a good price, too. We did purchase the two backrests to prevent leaning on the panels while using the sauna. This was a 25th wedding anniversary present for us and we are more than happy with it!"

Great product
Pros: everything was as promised, i do like the panel, easy set up, great value

"We have this placed in our lower level near our spa. It is a great product if you are looking for a smaller 2-3 person sauna and do not want to spend the money on a custom built. My dad and I put this together in about two hours or so. It is heavy, but I think it needs to be for the insulation. MP3 set up is okay and the bench could be a little wider - but dont forget the price. It is not perfect, but it is a great value for two adults. I found the recent articles on Carbon Tech saunas interesting - effecient and great health bene."

Great Sauna
Pros: easy to use settings
Cons: heavy to move and put together
"The only reason I took off one star is that this thing is HEAVY. We took it one piece at a time into the house and were so exhausted getting it into the house.
We have a huge bathroom that this fit nicely into. Love using it. Works great, mp3 player speakers are great. Great price."

Very nice sauna
Pros: great features, beautiful look
Cons: narrow bench and to close to heating elements, bench to short
"The sauna is really a good looking sauna. It heats well and fairly fast. However, the one bench that is inside of the sauna is not wide enough to relax on without your arms and legs being to close to the heating elements. You can sit up, but if you lean backward you are on one of the heating elements, very hot. The bench is short in lengh,as well.
The lighting, MP3 connection and control panel inside and outside of the sauna are very nice features."
