Now That's A Ribeye

Pros: well trimmed and marbled.
Cons: wish the bone was a bit longer!!
"These steaks came frozen and on time, exactly as described. They take a long time to thaw, but don't last long after they hit your plate! I BBQ'd them direct to sear and then indirect to finish, make sure they rest before serving. One of the best Ribeye's I've ever had. Very tender and great steak taste. Totally ready to order again."

"Somebody picked though the meat and found these perfect quality pieces. You cannot find these at a store. It is up to you to make it a night to remember."

Best Steak I Ever Ate

"When I first got these, they looked mouth watering. Well when I cooked them they were fantastic! Almost like eating a filet the meat was so tender. There is some marbling but that is to be expected with it being prime. Great steak for the price !"

Knowing what "prime" means

"Delicious top quality beef! If you're used to grocery store "USDA GOOD" (3rd grade) meat you'd think Prime (1st grade) meat is fatty. It is the inclusion of fat marbeling which gives the meat it wonderful flavor and tenderness. Let's get real folks, eating red meat is not health food in any case so when you do eat it (once a week) eat the best from CostCO!"

Too fatty

Cons: too fatty.

"I was very surprised when I cooked these and they were 1/4 to 1/3 fat. I have bought many beef products from Costco and they were always good. I love a good ribeye. However, these steaks contain big chunks of fat!"
