Room For Improvement
Pros: good quality material., very attractive item, looks better to the naked eye than in the picture
Cons: poorly constructed
"After anxiously awaiting my order, it finally arrived . On the positive end, I received my order within 7 business days . Also, I was pleased with the color as it closely matched my brown leather sectional, and item looked far better than it appears in the picture. Item also has good storage space. Now the down side: Ottoman is poorly constructed as I received item with a defective leg and a broken hinge. Prior to this purchase, I purchased the Carlsbad ottoman and was very pleased with it overall. The only problem with the Carlsbad was the cappucino was way darker than I expected; it appears almost black. Otherwise, I was very pleased with it, so I decided place it in another room and order the Isabella ottoman, which appeared a shade lighter than the cappucino. I am returning item for a full exchange; hopefully, there wont be any issues with the second shipment.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a very dark brown or black ottoman with lots of storage space, Carlsbad is the way to go. However if you're looking for a tab bit smaller medium to dark brown ottoman with adequate storage then you should consider the Isabella. Both are very attractive pieces. Had it not been for the construction flaws with Isabella, I would have given item a better rating."

Loved it but.....
Pros: looks great
Cons: hinges are not that study
"I bought this ottoman back in December and had to return it in May because the hinges inside of the ottoman broke. We loved this ottoman otherwise. It was very roomy to store all of our blankets and other items. You can even set a glass on top and it won't fall over. Buyer beware that you must be very careful closing the lid because the hinges will break."

Very nice ottoman

"The ottoman was delivered quickly and packaged to ensure it was damage free – which it was. It is beautiful. The legs install easily and are the only thing you need to do so that it is ready to go. I only have 1 minor issue with the product. The top is secured by 2 shock type hinges. If you open the top 1-2 inches, it opens the rest of the way on its own - very quickly. There isn’t a way to adjust it that I could find."

Great ottoman for the price
"We've had the ottoman for about a week and we're very happy with it. The quality is excellent and it looks like genuine leather. The ottoman opens via some heavy duty hydraulic arms that make opening it up a breeze. It has tons of space inside, too. Assembly was easy and just required screwing in 4 legs. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful ottoman, lots of compliments. looks very nice in my family room. Looks nicer than i thought it would! Lots of storage for my blankets. My grandson hids this specal toys in it! I received on the exact date that Costco's told me it would arrive. I love Costco's!"

Super nice...
"We have two young sons and they trashed our current ottoman, so we purchased 2 of these as replacements. The quality is amazing for the price, they were delivered promptly and look beautiful. The sturdy design makes them ideal to use for food & drinks when entertaining, too. One of the pieces had been damaged during shipping, but Costco made the return/exchange easy."

"This was the first time I ordered from Cosco online. Unfortunately this ottoman was too large for my husband's home office. But it was very well made. The opening storage compartment was well constructed with hydraulic lifters and a lined interior. I would recommend this to anyone who has enough room. So check the size. I had to return it. The return was so convenient all I had to do was call and Costco scheduled FedEx to pickup. It did not cost anything to return. So far this has been an impressive experience."

"i have been looking for a coffee table/storage ottoman for a while and this is a great price. was shipped quickly. easy to put together, the legs simply screw on. the top has two slow closing hinges, which is great with kids. it's a little darker than the picture, but looks great. I am hoping it will stand the test of two kids, but so far from the other reviews I have high hopes."

Great Ottoman
"It was ordered on sunday and here on thursday. Way nicer than I thought and I was worried by the photo that it looked a little less contemporary than I was wanting but it is WAY nicer than in the photo. the top hinge opens effortlessly and stays up util you close it. Super sturdy and darker than photographed. Love it!"

Excellent Purchase
"I had been looking to purchase an ottoman w/storage to replace our current leather ottoman that had no storage. Every place I looked wanted $300 or more. When I saw this item listed for $199 I knew I had to jump on it. I was so excited when I got it and it lived up to it's picture & the information listed. This was an excellent buy!"
