The NovaPlus 500 is the most advanced rotary clothes dryer on the market today. Developed and manufactured in the hills of Austria with simplicity in mind, this product is ready to use right out of the box as no assembly is required. A rugged plastic ground socket is included which can be sunk in concrete or directly into firm soils. This socket has a snap on cover which conceals the 2” hole if removing the dryer for play or winter.
The center pole is a full 2” in diameter for maximum strength. In the retracted position, a single lever easily and smoothly raises the arms to full extension and all lines become taut once lever is locked into place. The 140-lineal feet of line has been specially made to resist the settling of dust & dirt from the air, and is made of high tension fibers. The NovaPlus 500 was designed to hold up to 3-4 wash loads of clothes at one time, and the end of each arm has special notches to secure hangers with additional clothing. A key feature to this product is the retractable cover. Once the raising lever is reversed and the clothes line is in the down position, a waterproof cover slides out of the top and down over the entire unit further protecting the line. super super super!!
Cons: directions could be a little clearer.

"I live in S. Cal so the weather permits me to hang my clothes outside almost every day. I had old fashioned T posts with two lines. The reason I wanted to change was a huge tree was blocking sun on old clothes line. Decided to try something new so ordered this. It is wonderful! Holds a lot of clothes and so easy to use. I think I may be the only person who lives in Dana Point who hangs their clothes outside (many homeowner's assoc. will not allow outdoor clotheslines) so unfortunately I can't recommend it to friends but I sure can heartily recommend it here!! Oh, we put the pole of the line into a cement type holder used for patio umbrellas so did not have to mix any cement. Works great!"

Oustanding Quality
"Excellent product and very well made. Opens so easily with the pull handle lever. All of the edges have plastic corners on them with makes it look and feel very expensive. Its just one of those products that was thought out completely. Its a typical Costco product.
It rains a lot here and the retractable cover is such a great idea. On my older one, the lines would get dirty and leave marks on my clothes. This cover just pulls out from inside the pole. Great design."

Classic Costco Product!

"I always trust Costco and here is another winner. A fantastic product right out of the box and really easy to set up. I've read where some people mount it into a tire filled with concrete which is great for mobility. I just sunk mine into the firm ground in our backyard. Its working great but if it loosens over time, I'll just mix a little cement and do it that way.
Its slightly tall for me but I like it that way, and I'm not short!
The opening lever is so well made its surprising. The cover closes perfectly and easily when not in use. Someone really thought this one out. You don't assemble anything, just get it in the ground or secured and its ready.
The best surprise is just how great our clothes feel and smell. It is a completely different result than clothes from a hot dryer."

excellent product however....
"this liner does not come with a base.. you have to install it permanently into the ground and its is not as tall or high as it shows in the picture... difficult for tall people to work on this liner. returning it to the nearest costco..
the liner seems very study and well made.. but not functional for me..."

best clothes line ever
"I thought this looked cool and I wanted a clothes line so I ordered one. It came a few days ago and today my dryer started overheating. I did not have time or materials to set it up properly. I used 2 tie down straps and mounted it against the railing on my deck. It is sturdy, easy to use and holds a ton of laundry. The upper lines are large enough to accomodate queen size bed sheets. I'll have to look into an umbrella stand. I like it on my deck!"

I LOVE this thing
Pros: easy up easy down, light but sturdy, easy to move around, holds several loads at once
"I love this product. It is very easy to use, and it works in an patio umbrella stand I already had (remember the pole is 2", though, so it won't fit in all of them). So I can move it around and may even bring it indoors when it starts raining. It holds tons of laundry, allows me to put my unmentionables on the inner lines and then discreetly hide them with garments on the outer lines. It is light but perfectly sturdy. The cover really is as easy to use as they say. I just can't say enough good things about this!"
