"the p.c. is fantastic, as are the competitors models... but the customer service is what makes the difference for me as a novice.
Knowledgeable, very personable, and they go at a speed your comfortable with. I've had experience with a tech named Isaac and was very impressed and totally satisfied.
I'm not qualified to judge the hardware but I definately recommend this company for it's customer service.
