Disappointed

Cons: assembly instructions were bad.
"This product arrived quickly and we were anxious to install it as my husband has fallen out of bed many times. Once he falls he cannot pull himself up. There is no way he can pull on the strap to lower the rails while he is in bed, nor can he pull them up again once he is back in bed. The first night I had to get up and lower them, then get up again to raise them. We are making them work by separating them and leaving room in the middle to get up and down. By having one rail by his head and one by his feet, he is not falling out of bed at least."
