This Does Work
Pros: inexpensive drops taste fine progress fast.
Cons: not totally magic; you do have to do your part.
"The product does work, no doubt about it, if you follow the protocol. The 64,000 dollar question is how much weight you can keep off, and I can't comment yet on that. I wish I could update this review after I've gone through the maintenance phase to let people know how hard it is to maintain the weight loss. I'm sure the secret is just as the protocol says: if you don't change your lifestyle and eating habits, you will gain the weight back. Stick to the program, though, and you will see results on this product that will make your heart sing. Be disciplined the first few days to adjust to the program, be disciplined if you hit a plateau, and the weight comes off."

Love it!
"I'm a huge fan! Once you get started this is so easy to follow & once you start seeing results you will love it! The drops don't taste bad at all and are easy to reemember & carry w/ you. Even when the occasional cheats occur I lost or would have an apple day to get on track. Stopped losing lbs for a few days but feel like i'm still shrinking. On my last belt notch & in the smallest jeans I own."

Amazing
"I used HF30 & Sustain beginning three months ago and I have lost 42 lbs! The food intake guidelines are strict, but you can do it with the drops, they killed my appetite. The taste of the drops did not bother me at all, in fact I liked them. The only way to fail this program is to stuff yourself with fatty foods instead of following the plan. It's very easy. I lost a pound a day during the HF30 portion."

WORKED GREAT
Pros: immediate results, easy to follow
Cons: some hunger at the beginning
"I am a Costco employee and now on day 23 having lost 15lbs. It works great and quickly. I believe that I would have seen even more weight loss, but I did have a couple of cheat days. They give you exact portion sizes of what you should be eating/drinking and how often. You can see the weight loss right away on the scale which helps to keep you motivated. No breakfast was tough at first so make sure you drink the specified amount of water and you will be fine. This product has changed my perspective on food and once I complete my 30 days I am planning on transitioning to Phase 3."

Bad Taste
Pros: price was good
"I only lasted 3 days on this becuase of the taste. I am a big taste person and the first day was hard to get it down and then the other two days I had to plug my noise just to swallow it down. The smell and taste was horrible. I ended up returning this back to costco."

"So I purchased this because of the ratings. What a big mistake!!!! I've been on the drops for 6 days and have NOT lost one single pound or oz. My inches are the same and I also have major plumbing problems do to the lack of nutrients that is on the 500 cal protocal. If your looking for a diet that is easy to stick with DO NOT get this one because it is very unhealthy and you don't lose nothing and your starving yourself as well!!!!"

Doesn't work for me
"The recommended VLCD ( no breakfast and only 500 calories throughout the day) is not working for me, it slowed down my metabolism and thus no weightloss has been seen for the past 2 weeks. I wish I had not purchased this product!"

Does What it Says
"I am certainly losing weight and inches. It comes with good information on what to food you can eat and can't. And even a suggested menu. Very easy to flow from that. You do get enough to eat at mealtime but have found I am hungry in the afternoon. Also a website with recipe ideas and further information."

Worth it!
Pros: works quickly
Cons: hungry in the beginning
"I am on day four of the very low calorie part of the diet and it is absolutely worth it. I have lost close to 6 pounds in three days. This keeps me going every new day. We'll see what the future holds as far as additional weight loss and keeping it off long run. I initially thought if I can get 25 pounds off I'll be very happy. Now I am thinking I might do a second round and go for 20 more, that would be a dream! It's not easy in the beginning but the immediate results are very encouraging."

"Takes a ton of dedication to stay on the protocol, which for the first few days have been tough, but not unmanageable. Drops keep me from being super hungry, and my energy level hasn't decreased. I'm only one week in, have already lost 5 lbs. Still have 2-3 more weeks to go."

I am actually sticking to this
Pros: easy to stick to, so so affordable!, the hf-30 drops really curb your appetite
Cons: people around you still eat large portions ;(
"i am on day 13 and i have actually lost 5 pounds. And I am talking good noticeable pounds. i feel like it all came off my belly and torso. it is actually super easy to follow because you have only a limited selection of food to choose from. Also extremely affordable! i only get cravings at night when my husband is eating food in front of me. i ABSOLUTELY am so happy i am doing this and already am so much more aware of what i eat and how different things effect my weight."
