Good produt

"Order on Costco Online and received the order promptly. The bag and Tri pod looks good. Used tri pod couple of times. With quick release, its very easy to use. Tri pod looks sturdy and very much suit my needs. Bags looks good, but storage is limited. I have Canon T2i with three lenses and all of them fit into the bag nicely."

Bag is good

Pros: bag has lots of space for stuff
Cons: tripod is all plastic and kinda flimsy
"Note: the bag is a sling type backpack, not the two strap kind,
Got this because it was two things I wanted for my camera, and great price for it too. I really like the bag, it has lots of space and can customize the dividers to fit different lens or accessories. though after looking at the tripod, I found that its gears for the height adjustment are made out of plastic and grind easily. even though it is light weight, i think I will save up some money for a better tripod, if i were you.
though if you are after just the bag, then go for it and give the tripod to the kids, or something like that."

Targus Sling bag

"Look & feel very durable. Very comfortable to use on any trip. Try to get it when it on sale, a tripod very light weight and kind off a complement together with the bag."

Price is good but zipper pull fell out on 1st use

Pros: nice design, acccessibility of camera, good body fit
Cons: zipper pulls easily fall out
"Bought this bag and took it to New York for my Canon Rebel T2i. Everything was fine and I received it 2 days after ordering. The only reason why this gets four stars and not five is that one of the zipper pulls was lost even before I got on the plane because of a gap in the zipper clasp, hence the zipper pull attached to it fell out. A bit disappointing as I had barely used the bag but other than that I am pleased with my purchase."

Good for the $29.97 price

Pros: price
Cons: backpack size
"I got the backpack and tripod kit for the $29.97 price, so I really can't complain.....but I was disappointed with the backpack's size. I wanted to switch from another camera bag and assumed backpack would have a ton of room, but it's small. However, the tripod looks great and I'm sure will be fine."

Best Offer

"The bag is of excellent quality and has enough space and pockets to accommodate a DSLR camera with one or two additional lenses, Battery charging unit, cables, filters, cleaning liquid, cloth, etc. Tripod can be attached to the bag with an outside buckle and holder at the bottom of the bag. If you are looking for an affordable DSLR camera back pack, just don't look any where else. Go for it, its a value for money!"

Great and Cheap

Pros: good value for the money
"Just what I expected. Tripod is great and the price was even better. Saw this at a competitor and it was $20 more. Thanks Costco!"

nice bag and tripod set

"I bought this item for my daughter since she is going away to college and needed a camera bag and tripod for her Canon T2i. I bought this item last year for myself and like it enough to buy her one. Plenty of storage and the cushioned interior protects your camera. Tripod does the job it is designed to do. You can't beat the price. No compliants."

not professional grade as advertised

"I agree with jy4talk, It's just OK considering the price : for lightweight DSLRs, same happened to me : "The top loop got unstitched and broke", but they claim to be professional grade, and promise 5 years of limited warranty"

First DSLR Kit

"I am a novice photographer who happens looking for a perfect camera bag. I bought my canon 60d camera here on COSTCO too and it already have a free kit with it but I'm not happy with the free bag that they give away with the camera, I mean not that I don't like it but my shoulder is killing me every time I brought it to work. So, I decided to look for a new kit and it land me here on your website and found this beautiful bag and tripod. The lens is not useful to my lens but I can find a solution to that part. The bag was so handy and amazing, now I can go anywhere while wearing it. I even go snow boarding on the mountains carrying it and it doesn't ruined my day. It just there at my back and I cannot feel the weight of my camera anymore which is good. To all the people who are just like me this is the one that you were looking for. Thank you for making my life easier with it!"

It's just OK -- for lightweight DSLRs

"Not as durable as I would have hoped. The top loop got unstitched and broke, probably due to heavy Canon 7D and 3 lens. The sling strap is also unstitching at the top of the bag. The velcro straps eventually becomes uneffective and does not cling as when I first got it.
But for the price, it's ok for lightweight DSLRs (possibly the Rebel series and lighter lens). Otherwise, plan on buying another one in 9-10months. I ended up getting a Lowepro 202AW recently and seems to be better made (though it is twice the price).
As to the tripod, not too bad. I still use it and seems to be holding up. Not good for heavy DSLRs esp. for portrait shots."

Disappointed

"I purchased this set from store few months back and used it on a 10 day trip. Somehow like all Targus bags, the shoulder strap stitching came off exposing insulation; then one of the velcro tags on one side of the bag used to secure came completely off. Now I'll need to shop for another bag! Usually, I'm impressed with Costco items; unfortunately in this case I'm not."

Good, but flawed

Pros: good quality and value
Cons: lacks the ability to select shoulder for strap
"This is a decent deal, but the camera bag is designed to only sling one way, on the right shoulder, and I prefer the left. If one could select which shoulder to sling the bag from, that'd seal the deal for me."
