Red Wine Sauce Fantastic on Grilled Rack of Lamb
Pros: easy to prepare, adds great flavor to a plain dish
Cons: white sauce is a little bland.
"I had been purchasing the Red Wine Sauce at a local grocery store for almost $5 a container and we loved it, and then could not find it again. Found this pack on Costco.com and ordered it right away.
I tried the white on Tilapia tonight, it does need help, I added the juice of half a lemon and some pepper to it which helped.
would have given it 5 stars based on the Red, but had to take one off for the white sauce."

Disappointed
Pros: easy to use
Cons: little/no taste, expensive
"I had high hopes for these sauces. I've tried both the Red Wine and the White Wine versions. On the positive side, they are really easy to use. But the downside is that they have little to no taste. So you have to be prepared use them in a recipe where you already have a lot of seasonings/taste before you add these sauces. Definitely not worth the price!"
