Our facilities are Kosher Certified. We offer a variety of products that are Free of: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy,
Nut and Soy. Our bakeries are dedicated facilities, guaranteeing that contamination from Gluten, Wheat,
Dairy, Nuts and Soy will not occur. All Ener-G Foods’ products are shelf stable and do not require
refrigeration or freezing until after they are opened. All of our baked goods have a 1 year shelf life
from the date of manufacture.
The Snack 8 Pack includes:
2 - 5.92 oz packages of Cinnamon Crackers, which are not only great right out of the package, but can be crushed to make tasty pie crusts as well
2 - 9 oz packages of Flax Crackers, a great source of omega 3
1 - 9.6 oz packages Chocolate Biscotti
1 - 8.5 oz packages Cranberry Biscotti
1 - 8.5 oz packages Chocolate Chip Biscotti
1 - 9.6 oz packages Raisin Biscotti
These Biscotti's are all delicious dipped in a cup of coffee, for snacking, or as a dessert

GF Ener-G Snack 8-pack~A Yummy Purchase
Pros: tasty, fresh, well sealed to keep freshness in.
Cons: sealed so well a bit hard to open.
"I was very pleased with the Packaging of my order. All was in one box and and each snack was individually sealed well. I opened the chocolate biscotti first and it was very fresh...a little hard, but was fantastic in coffee. The two types of crackers were crisp and good...I almost got carried away eating the cinnamon ones! I tried the other flavors of biscotti and they were equally tasty. There were a few broken biscotti, but nothing that I was upset with.
I was very, very pleased with this purchase and will probably purchase again!!!"

An Abundance of Gluten Free Treats!
"I received my package today, and the quantity of treats and variety are wonderful. I quickly opened the raisin biscotti while I was unloading the package, and they were delicious. On the drier side and not too sweet, both of which appeal to me. Neither of my kids are Celiac, but if they were this would be a staple for lunch boxes, play dates, etc."

Excellent gluten free products
Pros: excellent taste, excellent texture, everyone loves these
Cons: none
"We love these gluten free snacks. We have tried many different brands and these top the list. Not only are the gluten free, but dairy and egg free which many of our family needs. You would never know these are so diet restricted as they taste as good or better than "normal" food items. The crackers are awesome, the cinnamon crisps are delicious, and the biscotti are fantastic. We are ordering another 4 boxes! I hope they continue to carry this line as it is our favorite now!"
