We offer a variety of products that are Free of: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Nut and Soy. Our bakeries are dedicated facilities, guaranteeing that contamination from Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts and Soy will not occur. All Ener-G Foods’ products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration or freezing until after they are opened. All of our baked goods have a 1 year shelf life from the date of manufacture.

Moldy Product :-(
Pros: taste
Cons: moldy
"Unfortunately most of the pizza shells in my order were moldy at the time of opening them. I have reported this to Costco and asked for a refund. I also asked that the manufacturer be contacted to see if this is a known issue that impacted a certain lot of products.
The couple we did try were good, but the moldy shells are definitely a turn off for the product and the company. It leads me to wonder if they have poor quality control in their facility."

Cons: wish i could buy it at the store too
"Love it. So much more reasonably priced than at other stores. Like the different sizes so we can make our own individual pizzas. My husband who is not GF/DF also loves them."

Gluten Free Pizza at its best!

"I like having two sizes of pizza crust, so I can cater to my family. These are VERY tasty and the texture is wonderful. I no longer feel deprived."

GREAT PURCHASE
"My 6yr old son, just started a GF diet two weeks ago. He LOVES these pizza shells. Told me they are as good as the "real" thing! We also got the bread kit from Costco, and that was much better than what we had bought in the store. I highly recommend the GF items from Costco!"
