We offer a variety of products that are Free of: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Nut and Soy. Our bakeries are dedicated facilities, guaranteeing that contamination from Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts and Soy will not occur.  The mixes and flours all have a 3 year shelf life and may be refrigerated but this is usually not necessary.   This pack includes various Mixes and Flours for those who want to create their own Gluten and Wheat-free baked goods   All boxes have recipes on the back   Create a variety of delicious Cakes, Brownies, Cookies, Muffins, Pancakes and Quick Breads among others   Pack also includes our Egg Replacer which can be used to replace Eggs in baked goods for those who are vegetarian or egg-free   Baking & Mix Pack includes:    2 - 16 oz.
