We offer a variety of products that are Free of: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Nut and Soy. Our bakeries are dedicated facilities, guaranteeing that contamination from Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts and Soy will not occur. All Ener-G Foods’ products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration or freezing until after they are opened. All of our baked goods have a 1 year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
The Picnic 6-pack includes:
1 - 4 count Seattle Hamburger Buns made with Timtana Flour and have a nice almost nut like taste
1 - 4 count Seattle Hot Dog Buns made with Timtana Flour and have a nice almost nut like taste

Good Gluten Free Bread
Pros: good flavor, can be used for sandwiches, not just for hamburgers or hotdogs
Cons: they do have a chewy texture
"I really love this bread. However I wish that it was offered in just, hot dog, or just hamburger buns instead of both. I use the hamburger buns for sandwiches, and toast. You can use them instead of bagels."

Great gluten free breads!!!!!
Pros: great variety good taste.
Cons: none
"We have tried gluten free breads before and they were not very good. My husband was thrilled to have hamburger, hot dog buns, real bread that tasted good. Thank you for a product that we can use that tastes good and doesn't limit his food choices."

a real bun
Pros: holds together while eating
"Not heavy and doesn't fall apart like a lot of GF products. I like the tapioca buns. I don't care for the Seattle buns. Taste is too strong and bread is too heavy for me."

Horrible buns, no taste
Pros: great price at costco, fast delivery
Cons: they're awful
"I don't know how these buns got such great reviews. While I can only imagine what cardboard tastes like, I have a strong suspicion it would taste something like these buns. I tried one toasted, microwaved, grilled, with butter, lots of condiments, but I just couldn't kill the blah taste and texture. It ruined my hamburger. I really wanted to like these, but in the end, I'd rather go without."

Wonderful
Pros: very tasty, freeze well

"Was so thrilled to find this on the Costco website. First hamburger and hotdog bun I have had in 6 years, held together and was so very good. Cut them in half, spread some butter on them and place on top of a grill for toasting. Do wish they carried these in the store but very happy to be able to order it.

Happily Gluten Free!
Pros: great taste & texture
Cons: a little small
"I have lamented not being able to eat a hamburger like everyone else, but these are GREAT!!! A bit small, but that means I don't leave anything on my plate, which I would have done with the larger gluten-full buns I used to eat."

Best Bun Ever
Pros: great value, great taste and texture
"After one year of being gluten free I was still searching for a great bun so I could at last have a real hamburger. Thank goodness I found these on costco.com.
Great flavor, texture and size. I grilled the bun just 30 seconds as suggest, it was perfect. I hope Costco.com continues to sell these,outstanding product and value.
