Pros: the cluster of small stones gives more sparkle.
Cons: those back clips are very small, back clips difficult to handle

Loose back/locking

"I bought this for myself and was very pleased. It is the size that you can wear everyday. Very soon, one lock start coming off. Luckily, I found it in the home. Then I started using those cheap plastic stoppers behind it though that do not march with the quality of the earrings. Once, I put earrings without those plastic stoppers and one of the earring was gone. Just because of poor locking....
Long story short, for nice quality earrings like this, it should be SCREW BACK, not the puch back."

"The multi-stone diamond ( 1 decent sized center diamond surrounded by 9 small diamonds) stud earrings look more like single stone earrings from distance because of their brightness and size. The posts on the earrings are longer than normal earrings which allow you to push pushbacks further inside without hurting ears. The pushbacks are tightly secured. They are very sparkly. I received my order in 3 days. Costco has a very good return policy so I feel good about ordering them online."

"These look very nice and larger than I expected. My wife has diamond studs, but wanted some very sparkly multi-diamond earings that were larger. Great value and has a wow factor.
