Really Best Ever

"This faucet is really the best thing I ever purchased anywhere. I love the look of it, the heavy quality, and the function. I went to the best plumbing showroom first and then when I saw this one at Costco I decided to take a chance on it because I knew I could easily return it if it wasn't right. It is perfect! The faucet head angle is just right, the spray is good because you hold it in to spray and it retuns to stream when you let go. The on off lever works easily and looks great."

Favorite Faucet Ever

Pros: smooth operation
"Have been in love with this faucet since it was installed several years ago. Recently sold my home and have already purchased the same faucet for my new home. Smooth operation and nice water flow; so much better than any I've seen at friends and family homes."

excellent quality, easy install

"The faucet is beautiful and functional, and it was easy to install. The controls feel smooth, and the spray faucet feels good in the hand. You DO have to hold the button down for spray, and some folks seem to consider that a drawback. I actually like it. My last faucet you had to turn the water off and back on to get rid of the spray function, and it splashed everywhere. This one has a nice compact spray pattern with minimal splashing. I'm pleased with it, as long as it holds up."

Love this Faucet ... buying a second

Pros: well designed, smooth functions, easy to clean
"I bought this faucet and am now moving. I asked if I could take my faucet with... I was told no. So I'm buying a second faucet for my new house. First we tried a cheaper facuet that leaked internally out of the box and then I got this one. You definitely get what you pay for. Only possible cons not too high power of a spray, and you can rotate it 360 and accidentally get water all over your counter ... more of an operator error / oops."

Looks nice but all sorts of problems

Pros: looks, usefullness
Cons: breaks, poor warranty service
"Had to replace the sprayhead right out of the box and then sprung a leak a year in. Ignoring the water damage, they only ship ground, so it took 7 days to receive a part, and then we had to order another part, backordered, again only shipped ground. The lifetime warranty is something, but not enough."

sturdy

Pros: substantial
"Just installed and working well. Quite sturdy and easy to use. Rethinking placement of handle. I'm right handed, but may change handle to the left. Used in a single bowl deep sink, so hoping it's not too big - so far, so good!"

Not Satisfied

"The product did not meet my expectation. the faucet leaks while installed new. Personally prefer the older type which easier to use the faucet and change the temperature of the water."

Solid Product Easy Installation

"The faucet feels solid in construction.
I especially like how easy it was to install: instead of having to tighten the hex nut all the way which can be difficult, two screws are there to push the seal ring up to seal it tight.

Hansgrohe is the best

"I had already own 4 of their products in my 2 condominium: 2 faucets, 1 shower panel/body spray and 1 shower spray. Never have a problem with them. I even change my sister house faucet with this brand.
Yes they are more expensive, but they will last you a lifetime. Hansgrohe made the best quality plumber products in the industies (for now). Their product is almost as good as some on the commercial plumbing product used by hospital, restaurant, etc.
Do a google search, you will find out they are one of the biggest and oldest plumbing company in Europe. German/Austria company.
Plumber charge min. $85/hour around here, so you do the math! You get what you pay for!
I'll continue use Hansgrohe on all my personal plumbing need.
No, I do not work for Hansgrohe. Thanks to Costco, I get a discount on Hansgrohe products."

Great idea, bad execution

Pros: nice style and function
Cons: terrible trickle flow rate
"The faucet looked promising when the ad came out. Unpacking and installation was easy enough and the thought of a good tool in the kitchen was nice until I tried it. No pressure at all. The aerator and spray are very weak. I removed the two slide in restrictors but it didn't help very much. Like a few of the other Hansgrohe faucets, the sprayer requires you to hold it on. The spray is very weak. I tried a higher flow rate aerator to no avail. Not sure if I'll keep it or return it just yet. I'm not at all happy with the self defeating low flow faucets. I would not recommend this product unless there is a way to increase the pressure. Then it would be a sure winner. Even after removing two restrictors, there was still not enough water flow. Pity, that. If there is a solution to this problem, I'm all ears."

Nice unit

"Easy to install and use. I would have given it a 5th star if the switch from stream to spray would stay in the position selected. It stays in stream mode and you have hold the button to get spray mode.
Like the appearance and the clearance it gives above the sink for filling larger pots with water.
