Not User Friendly

"The printing was good and it seems like a sturdy machine, but it was way too complicated to use. You have to press a bunch of buttons just to get it to print or copy. Customer service was horrible. They ask you bunch of personal questions before you even get any anwers. Which ended being something like this.."hmmm.. I don't know why the unit is doing that, just return it to Costco". Well thanks alot. Save yourself the headache, this machine is faulty in its design. There's not enought time in the world to try to desipher through complicated settings everytime we want to print or copy something."

not the same as the older style
Cons: screen size
"We did not use this one. The glass copy size was not legal size like our older one was. We use them more for copies."

"Machine works well, minimal issues to connect to wireless network. Good value.
Would not recommend the machine however as Costco does not stock toner."
