"This unit looks good, I have had it almost a year. Worked fine when it was new, now it Cooks unevenly, everything takes forever in this oven. Steer clear, do not waste your money. The pans that come with it are cheap garbage...Takes some getting used to the controls. Not worth it."

Pros: comes w/ several pans..., fits on a small counter..., settings written for everything on front..., easy to read all settings...

"I'm stranded in my new/new to me home by the beach, enduring a remodeling ride in a hand basket to, well, it rhymes with well...so my little puppy and I are stuck in a room in the dungeon with this fantastic oven! It's saving us! I have found it's making all our favorite foods much better than a conventional oven and a microwave any day!! this particular oven is simple to use and has the convection option, too... I don't know where we'd be without this little applicance.... the price was a little high, but I'm looking for bargains, since my contractors absconded with all my money! But really it is a practical purchase, and I would recommend this for a small kitchen or anyone who needs something that's easy to use. COSTCO is the best place to shop online, especially.... their delivery service is top drawer, and ALWAYS...the return service is the best... I will always go to them first for whatever I'm shopping for...even my last couch..."

terrible design

"Almost everything about this toaster is poorly designed.
Toaster chime is inaudible and so fast it is completely useless. The chime lasts about 1/10 of a second. Unless you home is as silent as an abbey, this chime is impossible to hear.
Toaster rack must be installed upside down in order to get toast in the middle of the oven. (this is according to the instruction booklet). Since the rack is upside down, a thick wire lip makes it is impossible to slide toast, bagels, etc off the rack and onto your plate.
The control panel on this toaster is not complicated, but is of the least intuitive of any toaster I've ever used."

Poor Construction

"Very disappointed. The construction of this toaster oven is substandard. It was missing crews and two rubber tips on the bottom. The oven did not sit level on the counter. The oven was warped. The door did not fit well. Returning it to Costco. Can't speak to the performance as we are not even going to try it."

"I bought this oven to replace my old one. The infrared lights on top worked once, and then never again which means the broiler function doesn't work at all. It's too bad because it looks beautiful and matches my other appliances. Looks are deceiving when it comes to this oven. I'm taking it back today and buying an exact replacement of my previous oven which Costco still sells AND it's less expensive than the Frigidaire!"

Lacking important features
Pros: looks and cooks fine.
Cons: can't change temperature during cooking, can't add or decrease time during cooking, no pre-heat feature or indication
"Unit cooks fine but you can't change the time or temperature once its been set during cooking. You must cancel the cooking and start over again. Also, there is no pre-heat feature or indication. I couldn't believe it and contacted the factory and they verified. I will be returning the unit."

"I bought this item to replace our old convection toaster, It also complements the rest of the kitchen appliances we just bought.
I had to return it before i ever had a chance to actually use it, because the outside of the appliance heats up to the point it will burn you. Gets extremely hot and with small children and pets around I don't believe this is safe. possible Fire hazard."

Terrible oven. Quality problems.
"I purchased the first oven on 12/22/11. After 4 months of use, the display went blank. Purchased a replacement on 05/1/12. Used it one time on 5/9/12 and the display went bad again. Both ovens are going back this weekend. Won't try again and will be buying the Breville oven from another retailer. Costco must reseach this terrible quality issue with Frigidaire ASAP."

Not Good
"Initially I liked this by look and ease of use. As I kept using, noticed that it is slow in cooking. The convection should cook the food evenly, but it burns more the side close to fan. Finally, it stopped working, the display started flickering and restarting. I had to return this oven after using it a month or so."

It's a TOASTER OVEN!
"As long as we remember it's a toaster oven & not lose reality over the word "convection" you'll be good with product. The reaon I returned the one I bought is because the door does not open 180 degrees like piture illistrates. For our household it's a burn hazzard."

Great little oven
"I bought this to replace my old toaster oven and it is like night and day. The door seals well not staying cracked open like most toaster ovens. It toasts a nice even color all over. It is versatile enough that as a single guy I find myself using this more and more rather than the microwave."

Cons: cooks slow
"Looks good, but it took 8 mins. to toast 2 slices of bread, med brown. Also 25 mins. for a 12 inch frozen pizza. Everything turned out fine in the cooking dept. but it was purchased to save time and hopefully some energy. Sadly I returned it, no questions asked by Costco."

Whoops cant see the temperature

"I found I could only see the temperature and the other digital LED display if I look from side, not direct. I called MFG they advised maybe the LED was defective... So Costco will send another and will returnold one to Costco.
Now what I like. Good exterior temperature, protected elements, cooks well. Toast well.

"This is an attractive unit that works well as a toaster or oven. I baked some bread and think next time I'll use the convection fan because the top browned a litle too much. But it's fairly easy to use - after following directions to set time, etc.!"

"This unit has nice construction and finish, and the electronic controls are easy to use and understand. The convection fan is rather quiet with a lower pitch so not too noticeable. The infrared heating is quick. However, the fan that cools the electronic controls is more noticeable, and the whole unit becomes quite hot. If you have the counter space and not bothered by some noise, this is a very good oven."

"I have been looking for toaster ovens for quite some time and was having a hard time justifying $250 for the Breville toaster oven which I found to be the best looking as far as style goes. This Frigidaire toaster oven is very similar in looks and works great. It was very good value for the money. It's very versatile and it keeps me from having to heat up my big oven for cooking up smaller things. It cooks frozen pizzas great, toasts bagels, toast, etc. The only thing that I don't quite like about it is the way the door doesn't lay completely flat when opened."
