Good product, bad quality
Pros: a lot of options
Cons: printing
"There was no problem with product installation including connection to the home network.
All options worked perfect except double side printing; got constantly paper jam.
I have tried all possible solutions from the Basic Operation Guide, nothing worked.
Product goes back to Costco."

Works Great
Pros: price for what you get, clean looks
Cons: wi-fi setup is a pain, toner cartridge volume

"Box is decieving on how big it is. The box was huge, the machine itself was perfect size for what I needed. Set up was easy until the Wi-Fi portion. Ended up having to go to online help and that worked. Overall it is as advertised."

EXCELLENT!
Pros: duplex works great so far!, starter toner (1000 copies?) included
Cons: the flatbed is small at 8.5x11, only a starter toner included
"My husband found it EASY to set up and hook to wireless. We actually had returned the last wireless printer we bought because we couldn't get it to work after 4 hours of fiddling. This one was so easy and user friendly. So I'm not sure why the others are having problems.
I like this new printer so much, I just logged on to buy another one to replace my old office printer. I've only had it for a couple weeks, but duplex works great and we can access it from any computer in the house (within 5000 sq ft)!. Starter toner is included but not listed on the add. Think it does 1000 copies. Only con is that the flatbed (for xeroxing books) is fairly small. 8.5 inches x 11 inches as far as I can tell (instead of 8.5 x 14") so it is hard to xerox anything from a book.
This printer ROCKS! Super user friendly controls in my opinion."

Could be better
Pros: wireless, duplex print and copy
Cons: adf does not handle 2 sided pages, lack of ocr sw, slow scanner

"I bought this to replace my aging Brother all in one ink jet printer. Setup was easy until I came to the wireless setup. It would find a few wireless networks (I knew some but not others) but it would not find my network. Tried turning on/off printer and router but still no luck. So, I entered the SSID and password manually. This was easy to do from the multi-line backlit display with intuitive interface. Once I did that, it connected to my network even though it did not find it. The problem, at least for me, was the lack of OCR SW which I thought was going to be included in the CD. Also, the scanner speed is very slow."

Gigantic and could not set up
"This is huge. Aside from that spent an hour trying to set up wireless...useless. I did not call customer service as history tells me that when its this much trouble...just bring it back. Don't waste your time."
