Pros: reasonable price
Cons: poor instructions and terrible quality control

"I have purchased and installed many lights in my 40 years as a homeowner and this has to be the worst product I have ever purchased. The instructions are poor and confusing, but I finally got it installed, only to discover it didn't work. As a retired industrial electrician, I started troubleshooting and found the bayonet power feed connectors were loose, due to the screw not being tight. After reassembling the unit, it still didn't work. I eventually found the fingers were not making a good electrical connection to the bus tracks, so the unit is going back."
