Note: Pitcher should be cleaned before use. Run 2 cycles of water through the pitcher filter. Black carbon particles in the water are normal the first 1-2 cycles.

Stage 3 - Activated carbon removes chlorine taste and odor

Pros: looks good, lightweight
"The jug looks really good. Loved the looks of stainless steel. Bottles were very good. I hoped they had better quality control for the product. Needed to test the product better.I would like to try one more time to order the jug."

Horrible
"I used the pitcher for about two weeks and it started leaking at the handle. It leaked all over the refrigerator. Perfect if you only fill the pitcher up to the bottom of the handle!"

Worth it!
"I love this water pitcher... I was worried about the metallic taste I read about in the reviews, but have not experienced that at all.
The pitcher looks really nice... love the sterling silver.
My kids and I love the grab and go water bottles and we love being earth friendly!"

Unhappy camper
Pros: stainless steel shell not likely to shatter
Cons: the filters work very slowly.
"I got this filter because of the stainless steel shell. I figured that will be more durable than the Brita and Pur canisters which are made of plastic. It turns out the shell is made of thin stainless steel, I guess that is to ensure it is not too heavy when filled with water, OK no problem. The filter is incredibly slow, did I get defective filters. I prefer using the Pur filters instead, they filter much faster."

Love it!
"Love this product! BPA free and no more water bottles! Great to take when you're on the move. I'm on a well and the filtration picture makes the water taste great. Highly recommend (though you do need to clean the picture well before use)!!"

No more disposable bottled water!

"I LOVE the waterweek 5 day water bottle set that comes with this pitcher! We were horrible about buying cases of bottled water and sending tons of bottles to recycling every week. Now I just fill up my water bottle set with fresh, filtered water from the Vision pitcher and place the tray of bottles in my refrigerator. The bottles take up no space at all and I always know where to find them..they're not hidden behind the milk, etc. Each time I grab a new bottle I know that it's clean, cold water. They come out of the dishwasher clean and fresh. The pitcher is not only beautiful (we have all stainless steel appliances so it looks great in our kitchen) but it also fills the water bottle set perfectly. We have well water so some kind of filtration process is needed to drink water straight from our tap. This whole package makes drinking our water safe and convenient. It's also great that I can use the Brita filters in my new pitcher because I still have some left from my old pitcher that I gave to my son to use in his apartment. Make sure you wash the pitcher in warm soapy water before you use it."

Pitcher good; bottles tippy
"I like the size and light weight of the pitcher and the easy wide opening to fill it. The bottles are cute and fun but a bit easy to tip over when empty. Also, it would be nice to have a small transparent panel to make it easier to fill without overflowing.
I like not buying and tossing plastic bottles."

I would not buy this product again.
Pros: i like the four free water bottles
Cons: filter doesn't seat properly
"I like the shape of the water pitcher and the fact that it's metallic, the pitcher lid because it's attached to the pitcher, and the spout which is covered when the pitcher is not being poured.
HOWEVER, because the provided filter doesn't seat properly, and you have to fiddle with it to make sure it's properly seated, it takes up to a half minute to seat it properly. There is no ledge on which it can sit, just a gradually tapered cylinder that decreases in circumference so it eventually catches the filter, but you have to make sure that the filter sits completely vertical. They did this so as to accommodate different manufacturers filter."

"LOVE the look and function of the pitcher and the bottles are great. However...I swear I am getting a metal taste with my water now.
I am waiting for my husband's cold to go away so he can tell me if he too is tasting the same thing. I wouldn't recommend this product just yet. I will check back & let you know if the metal after taste dissipates."
