Delivery is made to the member's home; Quality Express will uncrate the unit and set it into place. The dimensions of the set-in-place location must be appropriate for the new appliance. If damage is found, the member is to refuse delivery of the unit. Whirlpool Quality Express will arrange to redeliver a new unit. Packaging materials will be removed and hauled away. Any old appliances must be moved prior to delivery. THIS OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE INSTALLATION.

Good Dishwasher Bad Customer Service
Cons: costco.com customer service after the sale is awfu
"I got this as a replacement for defective unit that leaked. It works well so far. Is built well with quality materials. The return process for the bad dishwasher was awful though and made me not want to purchase an appliance from costco.com again."

What was I thinking
Pros: cleans well, dries well, pretty quiet
Cons: flimsy door handle, defective door switch, black control panel does look ugly

"I should have paid more and bought the models above this one. The door handle looks and feels flimsy when you open it. The dishwasher had a defective door switch right out of the box which Whirlpool took care of by the following week. It cleans and dries better than any dish washers I ever had. But I should have paid more for the dishwasher with a stainless steel tub with the sturdier door handle. If I had to do it again, I would just get the one that is $50 more at this website."

Good Product
Pros: looks good, quiet
Cons: missing connector parts, blue status l.e.d.s not clear

"Very happy with purchase, but it has only been 1 week. Only three negatives: 1) The top rack is not height adjustable. On a machine in this price range and which is part of Whirlpool's Gold Line, we expected that feature. 2) You need to buy separately a fitting to attach the water line and an electrical fitting for the connection box, which no hardware store had. 3) The Blue Led lights that show status of Washing,drying, clean, etc show thru multiple slots and so you need to look straight on to see what is the real status."
