Delivery is made to the member's home; Quality Express will uncrate the unit and set it into place. The dimensions of the set-in-place location must be appropriate for the new appliance. If damage is found, the member is to refuse delivery of the unit. Whirlpool Quality Express will arrange to redeliver a new unit. Packaging materials will be removed and hauled away. Any old appliances must be moved prior to delivery. THIS OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE INSTALLATION.

Quietest Dishwasher Ever!
Pros: quiet, large interior
"This was delivered in about 3 days, what amazing service from Costco (as always).
The dishwasher is great, super quiet and holds so much that we ran out of dishes and cutlery and still hadn't filled it up!"

Beached Dishwasher
Pros: looks nice.
Cons: poor service from the company.

"The Whirlpool "Gold" diswasher we purchased January 13 arrived about ten days later. No Problem. However, a clip was missing that attaches the DW to the cabinetes. Now it sits like a beached whale or boat waiting for one thin small clip coming FED EX and taking almost three weeks to get here. I hope I can use it before the warranty runs out."

Self actuated door latch needed repair

"Overall a good dishwasher: looks good and has mutiple options for washing.
After just about a month, the machine stopped working. "Start/Resume" light continued to blink. I suspected that the door was not latching properly and hence the machine was not starting.
Made a call for warranty service repair. Technician serviced it within 24 hours. As I suspected, the self actuated door latch had to be replaced. Apparently its a common issue with this model and engineering team has issued service advisory to replace it with a new subsitute part.
Hope to not encounter any more problems with this machine for years to come."

One Drawback
Pros: quiet
Cons: silverware holder
"I have had this in use for about one month. It is very quiet compared to my last machine. Kenmore Elite.
But the major problem for me is the silverware holder that is located in the door. The little slots are too small for my Costco silverware, so I have to take the blue holders off (easy). But my silverware now is not seperated and do not get clean all the time. Secondly when you open the door they tend to fling out. The whole holder does come out so you can carry it to your silverware drawer.
If the holder had larger holes I would like it a bit better. I defenitely would give it a 10 if the holder was on the bottom rack and not the door.
Solution, is to widen the blue holder holes. Hopefully that will work better."
