"I picked this bed from its name-plush, Euro pillowtop, which made it sound like it would be soft. Instead it is very firm! My hips and shoulders ache when I try to sleep on my side. Unfortunately mattress companies play the ever changing name game so you can't compare mattresses from one store to another and at Costco you can't sleep on it first. Which makes it challenging to find the right mattress."
