Lasted two months

Cons: weak connectors
Model Number: Wacom Create
"I purchased this two months ago from Costco. I fell in love with it instantly. I thought it was the best value of all Wacom's products as I has so many features. This replaced a Intuos Wacom tablet that the wire connection cracked after a year. I was encouraged as this tablet has a usb connection at the tablet entry point and thought this was a better build. But within two months, the usb cord and usb connection point on the tablet became so loose that I could not hold the connection with the tablet. I had to try taping it tightly but it still would work loose. I am planning on trying another Create tablet as I feel it is a good tablet but just wanted to bring to your attention that wacom seems to have a problem with how to get a secure connection option to the computer. I am planning on trying the wireless option. Good luck."
