"I've never owned a piece of exercise equipment (I belong to a gym), but I decided to invest in something to have at home since it isn't always convenient to go workout. I also wanted a better option for strength exercises than my gym offers.
So far I love this piece of equipment! It was easy to set up and I easily did it by myself in about 20 minutes. It's a little confusing to switch between accessories at first, but I think it will become second nature quickly. It is sturdy and well-made and I think it will last a long time.
I haven't explored all of the exercises (there are a lot!) yet, but the ones I have done feel like a great workout, and I like that you can adjust the incline to make for an easier or more challenging routine. It comes with a large poster with different exercises as well as a booklet describing various exercise routines and specific moves, and 2 instructional DVDS. I can't say much about the DVDs as I haven't had a chance to watch them yet.
Very happy with this purchase, especially at this awesome Costco price!"

Pros: very versatile entire workout possible
"Not sure why they call this "lower body", because it gives a great upper body work out too. Notice the wing bar at the top: you can do pull ups with that, and biceps curls, as well as other things. very versatile piece of equipment, good for people just starting back into fitness, as well as those who want to maintain. 56 year old middle aged woman here...."

Just what we needed
Pros: ease of use
Cons: need space for the length
"I really like the way I can flow from one exercise to the next on this machine. This is the second machine we bought. The first we no longer had space for on a move and sold it. We missed it enough that now we have a place to keep it so bought it again. The price point on this Costco version is great. After only 1 week I feel better using it. Once you get into a rythym your workout on the machine can get aerobic as well."
