picture issue

Pros: size price
Cons: color
Model Number: T27A300
" So there's not a huge selection for an affordable 27" LED display, so I tried this one. No audio out jack, but the speakers are acceptable (unlike another 23" Sammy). The issue worth noting here is the display of skin tones and the lack of adjustment options. Comparing facial coloration to other LCD sets, it appears brighter but more pallid, ghostly, and somewhat green tinted. This may have something to do with the native color temperature of the LED lamps. But there's an adjustment for color temp settings >normal>cool>warm1>warm2, (except the last two aren't selectable except for use as a computer monitor- confirmed with Samsung tech support). IMO, I'd suggest that this model leaves something to be desired for HDTV use. Judge for yourself "

Pros: it is good basic hdtv monitor
Cons: it does not come with the features advertised!!
Model Number: LT27A300ND/ZA
" THIS MONITOR DOES NOT COME AS ADVERTISED!! The HDTV monitor that you will receive will not be the same as described! It is missing many features, including: "Picture in Picture"; "Magic Angle"; "Touch of Color". If you don't care about any of those features, then it is a good
HDTV monitor, but if you are expecting it to have these features, as advertised, you will be disappointed.

The best 27" LED TV

" I was searching for the TV with size 27 for my bedroom.
Finally I got this because it was the best TV among the 27 TVs I had been searching.
I usually use this TV to watch blueray movie or play xbox games and always so satisfied.
Besides, with its slim edge-lit line, this TV takes so little space in my room.

" No audio out. Unable to connect any type of headphones or audio system. Big disappointment from Samsung.
I returned item. "

Great value, size!

Pros: size value and picture quality
Cons: the slightly forward stand angle is not adjustable
" I wanted a 26, 27" armoire size tv with great picture quality, and this is perfectly that! A 1080p, LED, slim bezel, armoire tv! With limited armoire space, this fits my needs perfectly! Out of the box the picture quality is stunning, just a little bright for my taste. But, with a few easy menu setting tweaks, absolutely perfect. Also, the factory sound settings were quite weak, but again, turning on the surround sound and boosting the equalizer settings, did the trick. Don't need additional sound system with compact tv set, but the overall settings do boost it nicely! Absolutely love this TV! Best value for size and price! "

Great Picture - Poor Sound!

Pros: picture quality, 2 hdmi inputs, remote (not always included on monitors)
Cons: sound quality, no audio outputs
Model Number: T27A300
" The picture quality and size are perfect for a smaller bedroom or office, and I would be in love with this product, if it wasn't for one very important factor.
The sound quality is questionable, and the speakers sound like an old handheld AM radio. They have a "tinny" sound that I haven't been able to get rid of with the sound controls, and I haven't decided if it bothers me enough to take the tv back yet. (Again, for me, it is the perfect size, picture quality and price.)
It also does not have any audio outputs, so be careful if you are running your video directly into the tv and want to use external speakers.
This model is considered a "monitor" by Samsung, rather than a Television.... Maybe that's why it doesn't have the speakers that you'd expect with today's TV's.
If anyone else has had any luck tinkering with the sound settings to get rid of the "tinny" sound, I'd like to hear about it!
So..... To sum it all up... If sound quality doesn't matter that much to you, this is a great TV & Monitor.... If it does matter.... don't even think about it! "
