Pros: it works
Cons: dymo does not provide adequate support
"Dymo does not stand behind their product, requiring you to buy new hardware in order to get the update.
Their equipment is not that expensive, but when you can buy a computer for less than what they quoted me for their hardware, they lost me as a customer.
In fact, the iPhone has Apps which do an effective, similar job.
If Dymo cannot take care of me once, shame on me to buy it again."
