Customer Reviews for Light Filtering 30" x 64" Trim-at-Home Cordless Cellular Shade
Review 1 for Light Filtering 30" x 64" Trim-at-Home Cordless Cellular Shade
Date:May 29, 2013
Pros: easy to install
Cons: it won't last long, expensive
Model Number: Light Filtering 30" x 64" Trim-at-Home Cordless Ce
"I bought this since I had used the older version that has an automatic retractable mechanism with a push of a button and it worked fine but had some windows left and the old model were not available anymore. Not only they did not improved but has worsen, after few months only, none of them retract anymore, it will get stuck at some point or will only retract on one side. What a disappointment ! I wish I can return them now"

Review 2 for Light Filtering 30" x 64" Trim-at-Home Cordless Cellular Shade
Date:November 8, 2012
Not even close-avoid
Cons: very poor design, worse than the previous model, retracting mechanism not durable enough, cord will eventually fray causing it to bind up
Model Number: 637883 30"x64" White Redi-Shade
"We have quite a few of the pervious version of these redi-shades where you push the button to open/close them and they have worked just OK. A few of those have failed in the past, but redi-shade replaced them.
We had a couple windows left to put shades on, so we bought this current model (since the old one isn't available). Installed one of these newer ones and it failed to retract fully right out of the box. If you shake and tap the bottom portion, it will try to full retract but it never gets all of the way. Moving the shade up and down only seems to be making it worse.
I didn't think redi-shade would make their previous mediocre model worse, but they did. This is definitely not on par with Costco quality. Costco should stop selling these."

Review 3 for Light Filtering 30" x 64" Trim-at-Home Cordless Cellular Shade
Location:Whidbey Island, WA
Date:June 15, 2012
Pros: attractive light filtering.
Cons: mechanism broke after only 4-5 openings, bottom rail won't hang straight when partly open.
Model Number: Trim-at-Home Cordless Cellular Shades
"Purchased and installed 8 of these shades in March. Although they get opened/closed infrequently, two have already failed. The raise/lower mechanism, which you can't see or access, gets caught somehow, the unseen cord/cable breaks, and you have an inoperable, lopsided shade. These shades do not raise/lower evenly, so the bottom rail is always cockeyed if you have it partially opened."
