"I thought it was a great shredder...and still believe it is, but it stopped working (made a terrible noise) after one week in our small office. Yet Costco was very good in replacing the machine with no questions asked, with a very quick turnaround. A nice sleek design that fits well in our office kitchen and it does a very thorough job of shredding. So I am hoping that the initial machine was a rare faulty machine and that the one we now have continues to do great work."
