Disappointing
Pros: fast
Cons: exterior construction

"Laptop works great, but the construction is shockingly bad. Immediately noticed a sharp edge on the chrome trim, especially at the very front of the laptop in front of the keypad. Within 3 months of purchase, "chrome" started peeling in just that area. Now the trim, and the peeling "chrome" are sharp. Dell said these problems aren't covered by warranty. This is our 5th Dell laptop...never had such an issue."

Could have done better with Exterior Quality
Pros: good config and works well, good screen, sleek
Cons: poor quality outer shell..., good looks with no sustainable quality

Issue is the quality of outer shell...
I have used many laptops so far... from IBM, Sony, Fujitsu, Acer, HP and Toshiba.. never had this issue...

My laptop silver lining stated to chip off... Within 3 months and now it is quite bit.. all sides... front, left and right.
Have to send the laptop for repair... 10 days.. of no laptop... crazy... Why can't dell learn some stuff from competition.
Need to go back to other Brands...."

Looks and works very bad
"Its a real fake copy from Apple Macbook pro, Really disappointed and returned within return time.Please don't go with this after few days bottom makes some jerking/click sound. Feels Very bad."
