Nice pictures - poor quality!!

"Purchased the Nikon 1 for my wife to take some really great photos of our trip to the Northwest. 2nd day there the camera died and will not turn on despite battery changes and checking everything that could affect the operation.
I will never be able to regain the lost memories but I will certainly get my money back from Costco. After owning 3 other Nikon cameras, I doubt if I will buy another."

Pros: great package
Cons: the lens cap is free standing needs a leash.

"I can not say enough about this camera package we received from Costco, not only the best deal ever the camera has so many features on it.
Went to Borrego Springs this past weekend and used the camera for the first time, very easy to use and the pictures are the best."
