Weak, battery does not last long at all
Pros: no cord
Cons: weak weak and weak !, additional battery is too expensive.

"Don't buy this one. The batteries are too weak. At the end of 1st season, one battery lasts only for 20 min., and you have to stop. In fact, I realized after 10 min. the power drops already. So I have to switch to my corded electric trimmer and you will immediately tell the difference - the power of this one just isn't there. Don't buy it. I want to return this."

"So far so good. Both tools are light weight and easy to operate. I would reccomend ordering the extra battery. The charged life is not too long. For my purposes, the two batteries work the best."

"the string trimmer/edger serves my purpose for light work, as well as the blower/sweeper; very convenient to use due to its light weight and the trimmer wheels is a wonderful bonus. but i needed an extra battery to alternate when one battery runs out in order to finish my job. i would recommend."

Yardwork made easy
Pros: quiet easy to use
Cons: wish it was a little longer in length
"Bought this product after gas powered weed eater broke. Have a fairly large yard, pavers and edging. Battery lasts long enough to weed eat before I mow. I recharge the battery while mowing, and then blow and finish up after mowing. I let the battery fully discharge before I put away. Cut my yardwork time down by 15 - 20 minutes, and it's quiet."

"I needed a trimmer that wasn't heavy but could do the job on a 2 acre property. This product exceeded my expectations. I do have to recharge the battery at least twice, but it only takes about 20 minutes."

Good Idea Just Doesn’t Have What It Takes.

"I really like this product and it works well on “thinner” lawns but not on “thicker” lawns, if that makes sense.
My lawn is very thick and it just doesn’t have the power to muscle through it.
The battery life is very low and I went through two batteries on a very small yard.

"What a good deal. Product works better than expected, battery life is decent. Trimmer is easy to use and flexible to do trimming, etc. Blower is awesome. Battery life is about 30 mins of use, then 30 mins to recharge. You cant buy this for cheapr directly from the manufacturuer!"

"I am giving it at most 1 star because the battery only last for about 20 minutes when new and charge over night. The weeder is not balance and the blower does not have enough power. I am returning them soon."

it can only do what it is designed for
"The edger does a decent job to a well-established lawn edge. It should be categorized as a light duty tool. It is no way to replace my engine driven edger. Also, I am skeptical if its $60 battery would survive for 2 seasons."

Very good for the price

"I purchased this kit so that I would have a cordless blower. I already had a cordless trimmer, but it was a cheap one, so I brought the combo kit thinking the new trimmer would be better then the one I had. It was and is. I like the fact that it can be used as an edger as well as a trimmer. It does a very good job. The blower is just what I needed to keep my back porch and patio cleared of leaves, grass cuttings, etc. I told my sister who is handicapped about the pair and she said she wanted a blower that was light wgt. and cordless, so I placed an order for her as well. She rec'd her's and loves it. I have used the blower quite a bit, and it really does recharge in .5 hr. I am happy with my purchase."

"the blower is not that strong & the battery only lasted maybe 15 minutes after its initial charge...
PRODUCT SHOULD DEFINITELY COME W/TWO (2) BATTERIES...
not sure how long the string will last as the spool on the trimmer/edger is SO SMALL (about 1/3 size of a normal spool) & considering how the blower failed so miserably, I was reluctant to use it as I live on a corner & would need six (6) batteries to actually use it as an edger which was one of the reasons I bought it in the first place ...
needless to say I pulled out my old GAS POWERED tools to finished the job in a more timely & sufficient manner...
I like costco.com as this was the 1st time I was disappointed w/my purchase...
not sure if I could bring this unusable product back, but I will be cheching into it..."
