Washington State’s premiere natural honey company - Anna’s Honey - produces varieties of gourmet honey featuring flavors derived from the Pacific Northwest floral honey plants. Anna’s Honey products contain no artificial preservatives or additives; only farm-fresh hive-ripened, 100% pure US Grade A honey. The honey is delivered in barrels directly to our facility from the farms and we filter it at 200 microns which lets the natural pollens come through to give you a rich smooth texture. With over 30 years of experience, Anna’s believes that leaving the bee parts and wax remnants in the honey is detrimental to the purity of the product. The wax capping serves as a protective barrier from impurities getting into the honey. During production the wax capping is removed and melted down for beeswax. Most commercially processed honeys are heated to high temperatures that kill the natural enzymes in the honey which can also alter the flavor and fragrance of honey. Anna's process does NOT include high temperatures. Anna’s honey is carefully tested for purity and retains low moisture for a thicker consistency and nectar source.
