Model Number: Spring Air Duality
"Took a couple months to receive and then found it uncomfortable. We gave it a good try...tried both sides and gave it over a month to see if it would break-in. We couldn't tell any difference in the soft and/or firmer side as they felt the same. I did contact Spring Air to see if there was a way to tell one side from the other and the agent didn't know and the person he sent our question to never responded. We did purchase at a special event so really thought we knew what we were getting but guess not!"
