JUST WHAT I NEEDED
Pros: fast shipping, overall great product
Cons: the gasket from one lid was not in place
"THEY SHIPPED BLUE AND WHITE GAMMA LIDS AND I THINK THE BLUE LIDS ARE SLIGHTLY BETTER MADE. WISH I HAD SPECIFIED ALL BLUE."

Excellent Product
Pros: protects your stored goods
Cons: you need a mallet to install the ring

"Reuse those buckets in your garage. These lids make your stored goods easy to access and tightly sealed against infestations of bugs or moisture intrusion .
Costco was not the lowest price on the web but because they stand behind their products so I decided to purchase from them."

Red-White-Blue Gamma Lids &500 cc Oxygen Absorbers
Pros: quality lids, multiple colors, nice-sized o2 absorbers
"These lids are great! It was a nice suprise to find four each in red, white and blue. I immediately put them on some previously-opened ARK 6-gallon buckets and the rims popped on using firm pressure (I am, however, blessed with enough bulk to push down on the rims without using a rubber mallet). The different colors make it nice to quickly distinguish one kind of stored bucket from another, like bulk storage versus grab-and-go storage.
Thanks to Costco's terrific on-line support, I've been informed the O2 packets are currently 500 cc. Knowing that size helps a great deal to determine how many should be used in each bucket, based on how full the bucket is (calculations can be found on line for determining how much O2 should be used based on empty space you figure is still in the bucket).
Thank you, Costco, for the great combination of lids and oxygen absorbers at a great price."

Fantastic
"I have purchased gamma lids from another online source before and I am so excited that Costco is now carrying them. They work great; my friend even borrowed one for his son who was on a 50 mile canoe trip with his Boyscout troop so his stuff stayed dry. I keep all my rice, flour etc in buckets with gamma lids and they are indeed air tight. I have never had any moisture or pests get though. They are easy to open and close."
