Delivery is made to the member's home; Quality Express will uncrate the unit and install it. The dimensions of the installation location must be appropriate for the new appliance. If damage is found, the member is to refuse delivery of the unit. Whirlpool Quality Express will arrange to redeliver a new unit. Packaging materials will be removed and hauled away. Location of new appliance must be within reach of existing electrical outlets, venting outlets, water lines and / or drains. Quality Express cannot upgrade electrical outlets, wiring and / or plumbing to accommodate installation. All necessary installation accessories are provided to members free of charge. Example: water tubing for refrigerators, venting for electric dryers, power cords for electric dryers. Item will be connected to: venting outlets, electrical outlets and water shutoff valves. For safety reasons, old accessory items cannot be reused, they will remain on / in the old appliance that is moved or hauled away. Proper functionality will be tested and confirmed on all installed appliances. At the member's direction, old like product will be moved to another location on the premises or hauled away and disposed of. REMOVAL AND HAUL AWAY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BUILT-IN OR COMMERCIAL GRADE APPLIANCES. INSTALLATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY DISHWASHERS, ICE MAKERS, BUILT-IN OR GAS APPLIANCES.

Perfect!
Pros: works and looks great
"This is a great fridge.
watch out, Costco was selling 2 nearly identical ones when i ordered. One had a water dispenser on the inside, the other did not. I ordered the wrong one at first but Costco took it back and sent me the one w the water dispenser - yeah! i love it.
the only con is the stupid can caddy - a real waste of space if you don't drink soda or beer (i don't). What am i suppose to use that space for now? almost made me take a star away."

Could be better designed

"Although the physical appearance is good, the cumbersome method of removing ice from the ice tray and obtaining cold water from the water dispenser distracts from the overall refrigerator. Lacks conservation of energy due to requirement of holding the door open in order to obtain cold water from the dispenser."

Very Good Choice
Pros: quiet, roomy refridge part
Cons: freezer handle
"Only had it a couple of weeks but really like it so far. Quiet, roomy, versitile shelf system. Supposed to use less electricity, hope so. They told us to use stainless steele cleaner and microfiber cloth and they work well. Magnets do stick, so art is up. Only negitive is the freezer door handle likes to slide off. Probably can tighten, will have to read the book. Freezer is a little on the small side, but we knew this as we also have a chest freezer so not a problem for us. Happy with the purchase."

"Have had it for better part of a year and still love it. Looks great! Works great! No problems with ice dispenser and it keeps up with all needs. Plenty of space inside and easy to find its contents."

great product!
"I've only had this product 3 days but I love it already. The only improvements would be that the freezer handle keeps coming off, which is annoying, and the can dispenser is nice if you drink soda, but kind of wasted space if you don't. Also, I like having the freezer at the bottom. All in all, great product!"
