No hardware or bench

Cons: no hardware
"Came without hardware or bench. Not happy. This is extremely heavy, so returning wouldn't be the easiest."

Poor sound quality

Pros: looks good and occupies little space
Cons: defective upon arrival
Model Number: Suzuki SD-10
"The piano came with no instructions. Assembly was easy, however. The sound had a lot of static. We were sent a new set of speakers, but that did not fix the problem. We returned the piano to Costco. By the way, there was a 1 or 2 star review I had read about this piano, but it is not posted anymore... that makes me wonder..."

Wish Mine Was Better....

Pros: easy assembly
Cons: weak sound
"After reading the other five star reviews about this product, I feel that we just bought a defective model, but we didn't want to risk making an exchange and having another faulty instrument.
The assembly was fairly easy, my brother and I did it in about an hour from opening the boxes to turning it on. There was one set of instructions that label a screw the wrong letter, but it's pretty obvious it is not the right screw.
Once we turned the piano on, it sounded like we were listening to a radio station with a weak signal, static and all. When we tried using the pedal, it didn't hold the notes, it only made the notes difficult to hear.
On another note, this piano was shipped via UPS which required a signature to drop off. Costco did not inform me of this, so it took a couple tries before I was able to catch the UPS guy.

Excellent Quality

Pros: many options and easy storage easy to assemble, quality build
Cons: as expected the keys are not as heavy as acoustic
Model Number: Suzuki SD-10 Digital Piano
"I purchased this for my son who is into music. He was using a key board and his teacher said he reached the level for Piano. I was looking for a Digital Piano for various reasons at this stage ( affordability, space and maintenance ). I found this interesting given the options . Besides I know I won't be fooled by the names like Suzuki brand. My Son play this fantastic instrument every day coming from school and sometime record his practice into the USB stick and listen to the music through his computer. I also connected my cell phone music to the Piano's speaker and the sound quality was superb and plan on using this as my second speaker system for any parties. I will certainly recommend this for any beginners and anyone who is interested in composing their own music."

So Excited!

Pros: outstanding sound
Cons: assembly directions were not always accurate
Model Number: SD-10
"I have been wanting to purchase a piano for years and when I saw this one, I knew I had to have it. When it arrived, it was in sections, but was very easy to install and they even include a screwdriver. Some of the directions were a little fuzzy, but it still was easy.
After assembling, I immediately tried it out and was astonished by what I could do with it. Can't wait until I become more accomplished to see how it really handles.
